There's a breakfast shop near my house run by a husband-and-wife team. Every day at 2 a.m., they start their busy day. Each time I see their energetic and lively appearance, I feel a sense of admiration and curiosity. What drives them to work so hard?
The breakfast shop offers a wide variety of dishes, including steamed buns, soup-filled buns, and large buns. There are also tofu pudding, fried dough sticks, vegetable rolls, red sugar buns, stir-fried noodles, glutinous rice dumplings, tea eggs, and mixed noodles... almost everything you can think of, and they all taste authentic. Every time I go to eat, the boss is as energetic as if he's been injected with chicken blood, with a loud voice and quick movements.
I look at them and can't help but think: if it were me, getting up at 2 a.m. every day would be terrifying. How do they do it? Is it for a living or for a dream? I started observing their shop and discovered their devotion and perseverance. They are enthusiastic about every customer, remembering each person's taste and preferences. Although their shop is small, it is clean and tidy, with a unique decor.
Gradually, I discovered their secret. Their breakfast shop is not just a store, but a labor of love. They pour their heart and soul into every breakfast, hoping to bring warmth and satisfaction to their customers. Their perseverance and devotion have earned my respect and admiration.
