Don't Let Laziness Be Your Regret: How to Find True Effort in Your High School Years

High school is a critical period in life that determines your future path and destiny. However, many people get caught in the trap of laziness during these three years, thinking they're not good enough, that they don't need to try hard, or that they're running out of time. This mindset is completely wrong and will only lead to regret in the future. Deep down, you know you're not running out of time; you're just too good at letting yourself off the hook. Your alarm clock goes off, and you turn it off only to turn it back on again, telling yourself you'll just sleep for five more minutes, and before you know it, the whole day is gone. You think the college entrance exams are still far away, so you put off studying, thinking you can catch up tomorrow, and that it's no big deal if you fall behind. But subconsciously, you know that "tomorrow" might never come, because every time you say that, you never actually start. The most exhausting thing about high school isn't being average or having a weak foundation; it's that you can see the gap between yourself and others, but you choose to procrastinate, slack off, and give up time and time again. You're anxious and stuck in a rut, watching your classmates' grades improve while you're still stuck in the same place. You're worried that if you don't change, things will only get worse. You tell your friends, "I want to work hard, but I just can't control myself." You post an inspiring message on social media, complete with a photo of yourself studying late at night, and when you get likes, you feel like you've already put in the effort. But have you ever asked yourself what your so-called "effort" has actually changed? In class, you sit up straight, but your mind is elsewhere. You have no idea what the teacher is talking about, and when you snap back to reality, you realize you're lost and give up on the lesson, thinking, "I'll just review it later." But you never do. During evening self-study, you sit at your desk, phone tucked away, but you keep checking your messages and browsing the latest news, and before you know it, the night is gone. When faced with slightly difficult questions, you skip them, never reviewing your mistakes, and you gloss over the material, hoping it'll stick. You're wasting your youth on mediocrity, thinking that if you just have the right attitude, your grades won't be too bad. You envy those who consistently rank high, who are confident and have a bright future ahead of them. You look at their names and think, "If only I were them." But you never dare to face the question: what makes you think you deserve to be them? While you're slacking off, others are quietly studying, filling in the gaps, and moving forward. The gap between people isn't created in an instant; it's the accumulation of all the times you choose comfort over effort. I have a friend who was average in his second year of high school, ranking around 35th in a class of 40. One day, he saw the admission scores for his dream university – 100 points higher than his current score. He thought it was impossible, that he didn't have enough time, just one year left, and 100 points to catch up. That night, he felt defeated and couldn't sleep. But the next morning, he made a decision: to start moving forward, no matter what. He locked his phone away, waking up at 5:40 every day and sleeping at 11 PM sharp. He reviewed his math foundation from scratch, memorized his English vocabulary three times over. By the end of the first semester, he ranked in the top 15 of his class; by the second semester, he was in the top 5. In the end, he got into his dream university. He once said something that stuck with me: "What's most terrifying isn't having a weak foundation; it's that you've already given up on yourself." You might feel tired, bitter, and resentful now, but have you ever thought that every question you avoid, every knowledge point you gloss over, will become a gap in your resume, a wall you can't climb over when you want to move forward? Every moment of comfort you indulge in now will leave you unprepared when you need to be strong. The struggles of studying are temporary and have an end; the struggles of life are endless. The dignity, respect, freedom, and choices you want in the future require you to exchange them with hard work, self-discipline, and perseverance, bit by bit. Don't use your weak foundation as an excuse. High school is fair in the sense that as long as you're willing to put in the effort, everything is achievable. What really holds you back is your lack of persistence, your tendency to give up, and your habit of procrastination. You can be ordinary, but you shouldn't give up so easily. The most valuable thing about youth is the courage to turn things around, the determination to not be mediocre. Those who overtake you aren't born to run faster; they just keep moving forward while you're standing still. Life is long, but high school only lasts three years. Every moment you hesitate now is creating regret for your future self. From this moment on, put aside all your excuses and procrastination. Calm your restless heart, fill in the gaps, and tackle each question head-on. Your efforts, no matter how small, will eventually become the foundation of your future confidence. Just go all out. Time won't disappoint someone who truly starts taking action.

After College Graduation, Seeking a New World in a Strange City

As I've just graduated from college, I'm at a crossroads in life. Looking back on my university days, my monthly living expenses were only a few hundred dollars, and I often went hungry, living from hand to mouth, barely scraping by with my part-time job. At that time, I felt like I was just struggling to survive, without many expectations, just hoping to graduate smoothly. However, after graduation, all expenses are on my own, and I've come to realize how tough and confusing it is to make a living in a strange city, with a lot of pressure. I hope to meet someone older who can show me a new world. Explore unfamiliar cities together, learn new things, and experience different lifestyles. That way, I think I'll become more mature and independent. I yearn for someone to rely on, to share my joys and sorrows, and face life's challenges together. I know this might be a luxury, but I believe life is full of surprises. Maybe someday, I'll meet the person who can change my life. At that time, I'll thank my current self for bravely stepping out of my comfort zone to meet new challenges.

A Guangdong Girl's Quest for 'Good Fortune': High Standards but a Big Heart

I'm touched! Recently in Guangdong, a girl has been searching for her own 'good fortune,' but her approach is quite unique. Not only does she require her partner to meet certain standards, but she also wants them to donate to Alipay's 'Love Meal' project, proving themselves to be a kind and generous person. In the comments section, the girl introduces herself sincerely, directly messaging the guys she's interested in. Although her approach is unconventional, it reveals her genuine desire for love. Perhaps in this materialistic society, her approach is a genuine pursuit of true love. The girl's approach has sparked people's thoughts on love and giving. We often say that love requires sacrifice, but what does true sacrifice mean? Is it about money, material possessions, or genuine effort and dedication? Although the girl's approach may seem extreme, it shows us that love requires genuine effort and action, not just empty promises. In this era, people are increasingly focused on material possessions and social status, but the girl's approach tells us that love requires genuine effort and sacrifice. Perhaps we should learn from her approach and truly love and give, rather than just focusing on material possessions.

A Practical Guide to Improving Socialization Skills

Recently, I've noticed that many people are discussing the issue of socialization. As someone with extensive experience, I decided to write a guide on improving socialization skills. After conducting extensive research and practice, I've summarized a practical approach that I hope will help those who want to enhance their social abilities. First, we need to understand what socialization is. Socialization is the process of learning and adapting in a social environment. It includes learning social norms, building relationships, and developing communication skills. For individuals, socialization is especially important because they need to survive and thrive in complex social environments. So, how can we improve socialization skills? Here are some practical suggestions: First, participate in social activities. Participating in social activities is the most direct way to improve socialization skills. You can attend parties, gatherings, clubs, and other events to meet new people and expand your social circle. Second, learn communication skills. Communication is the foundation of socialization. You can learn effective communication techniques, such as active listening and clear expression. Third, build good relationships. Good relationships are the key to socialization. You can build good relationships by participating in social activities, learning communication skills, and other ways. Finally, I want to say that socialization is a continuous learning and practice process. I hope my suggestions can help everyone improve their socialization skills and become more charming and confident.

The Ultimate Solution to Men's Health Problems

As a health enthusiast, I'm often asked about men's health issues. Recently, I stumbled upon a book that provides answers to all men's health problems. The book is called 'The Tao of Nature', a classic work on traditional Chinese medicine and wellness. The author, a master of traditional Chinese medicine, has distilled thousands of years of experience and knowledge into a comprehensive solution to common men's health issues. From erectile dysfunction to premature ejaculation, from prostate enlargement to andropause, the book offers detailed explanations and solutions. Personally, I think the book's greatest strength is that it offers a comprehensive solution, rather than just addressing a single issue. It teaches you how to resolve health problems through lifestyle and dietary changes, rather than relying solely on medication and surgery. If you're a man looking for a solution to your health problems, I highly recommend reading this book. It could change your life. Click the link to download 'The Tao of Nature': pan.quark.cn/s/06f52c9413c8, and start your journey to better health!

A Guide to Using My Social Posts: How to Grab My Attention

I've noticed that many of you have been following me, but it seems like some of you are unsure about how to use my social posts. As someone who frequently posts about socializing, I think it's necessary to write a post to explain how to correctly use my social posts. Firstly, for anonymous posts, please introduce yourself in the comments section. I regularly check the comments, and if I find you interesting or think we have common interests, I'll send you a private message. So, please remember to introduce yourself in detail in the comments section, including your hobbies, work or study situation, etc. This will help me better understand you and decide whether to further communicate with you. Secondly, for non-anonymous posts, you can directly view my contact information in the post and send me a private message. My contact information is usually at the end of the post, including WeChat, QQ, or phone number. You can choose a contact method that suits your preference to get in touch with me. Lastly, I want to remind everyone that socializing requires effort and time from both parties. Before posting or sending me a private message, please think carefully about whether you're really interested in socializing with others. At the same time, please respect the other person's time and energy, and don't waste their time.

Rainy Night Passion: The Flame of Desire Under the Bedside Lamp

I was lying in bed, listening to the sound of raindrops gently tapping on the windowpane. The only light in the room came from the warm, yellow bedside lamp. He came out of the bathroom, wrapped in a towel, with water droplets sliding down his chest. As he approached, my heart began to beat faster. We had planned to go to bed early, but the moment he leaned in to kiss me, I knew what was going to happen. His kiss was deep, his tongue entwined with mine, and his hand slipped under my nightgown, his palm pressed against my inner thigh, slowly moving upwards. When his fingers touched my panties, he gently pressed my clitoris, his movements slow and rhythmic. I quickly became wet, and he felt it too, a sly smile spreading across his face as he pulled my panties down to my knees. He knelt between my legs, his head bowed, and his tongue parted my wet lips, first gently licking my clitoris in circles, then sucking it with force, his fingers slowly pushing inside me, one at a time, shallowly thrusting, then adding a second finger, the pads of his fingers curved upwards, pressing against my sensitive spot, rubbing it repeatedly. My waist arched involuntarily, my legs slightly parted, the sound of wetness and my gasps growing louder. He sucked my clitoris with his tongue while his fingers thrust in and out of me, his movements smooth and focused. I grasped the bedsheet, whispering, 'Deeper... please.' He obeyed, quickening his finger's pace, his tongue working my clitoris with more force. My body grew hotter, my vagina contracting, my love juices flowing out. He lifted his head, his eyes red, his hard cock poised at my entrance, rubbing against me a few times before slowly pushing in. The first thrust was a bit tight, but he was patient, pushing in bit by bit, stopping to kiss my lips after each small advance. Once fully inside, he asked, 'Is it okay?' I nodded, embracing his waist. He started moving slowly, first shallowly, the head of his cock rubbing against my inner walls, then gradually deeper, each thrust accompanied by a soft thud. I wrapped my legs around his waist, moving upwards to meet him, my vagina stretched to the limit, the friction sending waves of pleasure through me. He thrust in and out, kissing my neck and collarbone, his hand reaching down to press his thumb against my swollen clitoris, rubbing it in sync with his thrusts. His movements grew smoother, sometimes slowing down at the deepest point, letting me adjust my position; sometimes speeding up, the impact of his thrusts more pronounced. My breathing grew ragged, my voice fragmented: 'Deeper... harder...' I clung to his back, my nails lightly digging into his skin, my legs wrapped tighter, moving in sync with his thrusts. My vagina grew hotter, wetter, tightly wrapped around him with each thrust. He panted harder, his arms propped beside me, his body slightly leaning forward, his thrusts deeper and more stable. The pleasure built up, and my body tensed, my orgasm arriving naturally and intensely – my vagina contracted violently, gripping him, my legs shaking uncontrollably, pleasure surging up to my brain. He was caught in the vice of my vagina, letting out a low growl as he released himself inside me, hot liquid shooting into me. I was still convulsing in the aftermath of my orgasm when he slowly withdrew, bringing out a mixture of fluids, which flowed down my thigh. He cleaned me up with a tissue, then pulled me into his arms, his chest pressed against my back, his hand lightly stroking my waist. We lay there, the sound of the rain still outside, our breathing slowing down, I felt my body relax, yet filled with satisfaction.

Deconstruct: The Ultimate Tool for Breaking Down Life's Bottlenecks

All difficult things can be conquered by breaking them down. Have you ever noticed that the same difficult task can be easily accomplished by some people, while others are hesitant and frozen in fear? It's not a matter of intelligence or diligence - the difference lies in one simple action: breaking it down. Take complex things and break them down into smaller, manageable pieces, and then tackle them one by one. This is the essence of von Neumann's thinking. When von Neumann defined the modern computer, he faced an incredibly complex machine. He did one thing - broke it down into four parts: input, storage, calculation, and output. This one break laid the foundation for the underlying architecture of computers worldwide, which is still in use today. The greatest wisdom of East and West ultimately boils down to the same thing: complexity is used to intimidate ordinary people, while breaking it down is the tool used by experts to break through. What you're afraid of isn't the difficulty itself, but rather the inability to break it down. When a task is a jumbled mess in your mind, it seems insurmountable. Your fear doesn't come from the task itself, but from "I don't understand it." Once you break it down, your fear dissipates. When Elon Musk was working on Tesla, battery costs were exorbitant - $600 per kilowatt-hour, making the car unaffordable. Everyone said, "Batteries are just that expensive," but Musk didn't believe it. He broke down the battery: copper, aluminum, lithium, carbon, and plastic. By calculating the cost of raw materials, he found that the cost was only $80. Breaking it down reveals the truth. So-called "impossibilities" are just things that haven't been broken down yet. Ninety percent of life's inner struggles can be cured by breaking things down. The most torturous thing is procrastination - not wanting to start, and the more you delay, the more anxious you become. Using the breaking-down mindset, you'll see that whether a task can be accomplished depends on two things: motivation and difficulty. If your motivation is insufficient, you won't want to start. If the difficulty is too great, you won't be able to continue. First, break down your motivation. Where does motivation come from? Rewards and punishments. Reward yourself with a hot pot dinner when you complete a task; punish yourself by sending a red envelope if you don't. If that's still not enough, find someone to work with - people fear losing face, and with someone by your side, you'll be too embarrassed to give up. Next, break down the difficulty. If a task seems too complex, break it down into the smallest steps and only do the first step. Want to learn to dance? Don't focus on the entire dance, just practice one move twenty times. Want to write an article? Don't focus on the entire piece, just write the first sentence. Want to lose weight? Don't focus on twenty pounds, just do one push-up today. You're not incapable, you're just looking at the whole picture at once and scaring yourself off. When faced with a massive task, your brain will instinctively resist - because your brain doesn't like to expend too much energy. The smaller you break it down, the safer your brain feels, and the more willing it is to take action. The true application of von Neumann thinking is just three steps. First, break it down - break down big tasks into small, simple, and actionable pieces. Second, penetrate - find the most critical and core part. Third, conquer - start with the easiest part and tackle it one piece at a time. You'll find that so-called difficult tasks are just a pile of small tasks stacked together. Your so-called fear is just your imagination before breaking it down. The essence of breaking down is not to make the problem smaller, but to make your fear smaller. Many life obstacles are due to not breaking things down. Thinking that a goal is too far away is because you haven't broken it down into years, months, days, and hours. Thinking that making money is too difficult is because you haven't broken it down into paths, steps, and actions. Thinking that interpersonal relationships are complicated is because you haven't broken down needs, interests, and boundaries. Thinking that learning is too slow is because you haven't broken it down into chapters, knowledge points, and practice questions. Just tackle one small point at a time, and after completing one, tackle the next. Unbeknownst to you, the entire mountain will be moved. Going back to the original question - why can others easily accomplish what you find difficult? The answer is simple: you're trying to tackle it head-on, while others are breaking it down. From today on, don't try to force your way through difficulties. When faced with any task, pause for three seconds and ask yourself: how can I break this down? You'll find that there's no problem that can't be solved, only people who don't know how to break things down. All of life's comebacks start with learning to break things down.

The Switch to Serenity Has Always Been in Your Hands

My experience with meditation at Mount Emei gave me a new understanding of serenity. A dozen of us sat cross-legged, and the master said, 'Fifteen minutes, quiet down.' The first five minutes, everyone was serious, but when the sixth minute arrived, someone downstairs started cleaning up tea sets, making a racket that wouldn't stop. As the sound reached us, I felt the people around me start to get restless. Some changed positions, some breathed heavily, and some sighed lightly. I thought to myself, 'Who's going to make them quiet down? We're meditating upstairs!' Those ten minutes felt so long. The more I tried to block out the noise, the clearer it became. The more I tried to calm myself down, the more chaotic my mind became. When the fifteen minutes ended, the master asked, 'How do you feel?' Someone sighed and said, 'Tired.' The master smiled and said something that shocked me: 'Downstairs is indeed noisy, but have you ever thought that the noise in life is always there?' He said that the true meaning of meditation is 'peace' and 'wisdom.' But many people think that peace means eliminating all the chaos outside – making everyone quiet, making everything go smoothly, and having no unexpected events or interruptions in life. That's wrong. True peace is not about eliminating the chaos in the world; it's about learning to surrender to it and accepting that it's there. That's what meditation is for: you sit there, the world is still noisy, but your heart can stay calm. At that moment, I suddenly realized why people are so self-destructive. It's because we always try to control things that are beyond our control. What our boss said today, how others look at us, why things didn't go as planned... Our brains are filled with hundreds of thoughts, each one trying to grab our attention, solve problems, and turn things around. The more we try to control, the more chaotic we become, and the more anxious we feel. But the master said something that day that I've been thinking about ever since: the more you resist something, the more it clings to you. The more you accept something, the more it will leave you alone. This made me think of a phrase I read in a book – this planet can rotate on its own, a seed can grow into a towering tree, and a small wound can heal on its own. Everything has its own rules, far more precise than we can imagine. But we always try to use our small brains to decipher the universe's secrets. After the master finished speaking, I tried again. I sat alone in a room, closed my eyes, and didn't think about anything. I just breathed. Thoughts still came – about work, anxiety, and memories of certain people and events – like dust particles dancing in the air, dense and numerous. I tried not to grab onto them. I just watched them come and go. After a few dozen seconds, something magical happened – the thoughts slowly settled down, like dust finally falling to the ground. I didn't chase them away, and I didn't resist them. I just allowed them to be, and then let time take care of them. They disappeared on their own. At that moment, my heart became very calm, calm like a pool of water. The happiness that serenity brings is not excitement or agitation; it's a light, relaxed feeling. This is probably the greatest gain I've gotten from meditation – many things, if you don't try to control them, will naturally go where they need to go. You think you're helping others, but everyone has their own karma to follow; you think you can change the situation, but many situations are determined by time. All we can do is put our hearts at peace and let go of our attachments. Let things come and go as they may. Allow chaos to exist, allow things to not go as planned, and allow ourselves to not be able to solve any problems sometimes. When you really let go, you'll find that the things you thought would collapse aren't going anywhere. And all you'll lose is layer after layer of anxiety. This world has always been complex. But the switch to serenity has always been in your own hands.

Imperial Splurge: The Extravagant Lifestyle of the Xu Family

To what extent did the Xu family's life of luxury reach? It seems to be an unsolvable puzzle. Their imperial-level extravagance is jaw-dropping. Every time I read reports about their lives, I find myself wondering: if you were given a day to live like this, how would you spend it? The Xu family's lavish lifestyle is truly fit for royalty, with a focus on five key aspects: residence, transportation, food, entertainment, and leisure. Each of these areas surpasses the ordinary wealthy individual's understanding. Their homes are luxurious, and they have private planes, luxury cars, and yachts at their disposal. Their dining experience is also extravagant, with private chefs and high-end cuisine. However, this life of luxury ultimately contrasts sharply with the debt of 240 billion. It's hard not to ask: is this lifestyle worth it? Is it worth shouldering such a massive debt? Perhaps we can reflect on the values of modern society through this. Have we become too focused on material enjoyment and neglected spiritual fulfillment? Should we re-examine our way of life and seek a more balanced and harmonious one? Regardless, the Xu family's extravagant lifestyle has become a legend, a story that leaves one sighing. We can learn from it, and we can also draw inspiration from it.

Hanging Out with a Cheating Boyfriend? Uncovering the Mindset of Young Men in Hangzhou

I'm a 22-year-old girl from Hangzhou, currently a senior at ECUP. Recently, a friend's experience has left me baffled. She's been in two relationships, both of which ended with her boyfriend cheating on her. What I don't get is, what's going through these young guys' minds? Why do they choose to cheat? I've heard many girls say they're open-minded and have had one-night stands, but from what I can see, my friend is one of the most attractive girls I've ever met. She has a sweet smile, a captivating figure, and a kind personality. So, I really don't understand why someone would want to give her up. I started thinking, is it because these young guys haven't found true love? Or are they just enjoying the thrill and novelty of it all? I believe cheating isn't just a betrayal of your partner, but also a betrayal of yourself. It brings harm, pain, and unnecessary complexity. I hope my friend finds true love and a man who truly loves and appreciates her. I also hope those young guys can reflect on their actions and find their true selves.

The Jade in the Tian Shan Gallery: A Self-Drive Tour to Xinjiang's Kensiwat Reservoir

Today, I finally fulfilled my dream of taking a self-drive tour to Xinjiang's Kensiwat Reservoir. With the temperature at 32°C and the sun shining brightly, I drove along the S101 national highway, feeling the grandeur and beauty of nature. The Tian Shan mountains' snowmelt gathered to form a lake, with the emerald-green water calmly nestled among the layered Danxia mountains, resembling a piece of jade, quietly embedded in the Tian Shan gallery. As I drove along the winding mountain road, I finally arrived at Kensiwat Reservoir, exhausted but exhilarated. The mountains were majestic, the water was long and winding, and the reflection on the lake's surface mirrored the surrounding peaks, like a natural oil painting. The mountains and rivers here were gentle, like a beautiful woman, quietly waiting for me to visit. In this place, I felt a sense of serenity and tranquility that was hard to describe. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, and close to the beauty and purity of nature, my soul was cleansed. Kensiwat Reservoir is truly a place worth visiting again and again.

A Change of Heart, A Change of World: Wang Yangming's Idealistic Philosophy of Life

I recently read Wang Yangming and had a profound realization. He said, 'A gentleman is cautious in solitude, and does not cheat in the dark.' This means that even when we are alone, we should pay attention to our words and actions - not because we are putting on a show for others, but because from start to finish, we are only facing ourselves. This principle, at first glance, seems to be about self-cultivation. But upon further reflection, it reveals a more profound truth: the world is a projection of our inner selves. Our hearts are like projectors. The path we take, the flowers we see, the clouds we pass by, and the faces we encounter are all just the screen. We think that life is full of troubles. But when we fall ill, all our troubles disappear, and we are left with only one - our body. Did those troubles suddenly vanish? Did they ever really exist? They were just projections of our hearts. The switch is in our hands. We can turn it off whenever we want. Changing one thought can change everything. It's like the dust in a movie - it disappears in an instant, leaving nothing behind. When Wang Yangming failed the imperial examination, his friends consoled him, saying, 'Don't be ashamed of failing.' He replied with a shocking statement: 'If I feel ashamed of failing, that's the real shame.' You see, things themselves are neither good nor bad - it's our reaction to them that gives them value. What we think and how we react is the key. In 'Eat Pray Love,' there's a sentence that has stuck with me: 'We always say that water droplets merge into the ocean, but have you ever thought that the ocean merges into the water droplets?' Similarly, we always say that humans are part of the universe, but have you ever thought that the universe is within us? Buddhist scriptures also say that the Buddha we seek is within our own bodies. We are it. The purpose of spiritual practice is to find our original heart. So I say, this world belongs to true idealists. The more idealistic you are, the closer you are to happiness. When you're consumed by emotions and wasting away, close your eyes and tell yourself: 'Today, I won't project that image.' Imagine everything is beautiful. What I gain is what's suitable for me, and what I lose is what's not suitable for me. When you think this way, things really will move in that direction. Naval, a Silicon Valley investor, once said, 'Happiness is a choice.' When I go out, I tell myself, 'Today, I choose happiness.' When my heart thinks, everything I project onto the world will bring me happiness. It's that simple. The law of attraction, manifestation, and quantum mechanics all point to the same thing: the vibrations our hearts emit will project the scenery. What is true? What is false? What our hearts project is true. What we don't want to see is false. The Heart Sutra says, 'No attachments, no fear, far from delusional dreams' - when we're no longer attached to those attachments, emotions won't fluctuate, and inner turmoil won't entangle us. The life you want is the life you'll have. The luck you want is the luck you'll have. The life you want is the life you'll have. The world you want to see is the world you'll see. The world changes the moment your heart changes. Everything is already there.

Confusion is the Pause Button Life Gives You

In 2025, I read a book called 'The Surrender Experiment', which taught me a valuable lesson: the more you resist something, the more it entangles you; the more you allow it, the more it walks away. At the time, I only thought it made sense, but it wasn't until I heard the story of mathematician Wang Hong that I was truly struck by it. Wang Hong was a girl from a small town in Guangxi who studied mathematics at Peking University and later pursued further education in France. However, after arriving in France, she found herself surrounded by excellent people and struggled to keep up. During that time, she felt particularly lost. She said, 'My mind was full of question marks, and I didn't know what to do.' Most people would have forced themselves to work harder - staying up late, doing more exercises, and trying to catch up inch by inch. But Wang Hong didn't. She took a step back and temporarily put aside mathematics to study architecture. She thought that since she couldn't make progress in mathematics at the time, she might as well try a different path. After studying architecture for a while, she found that she still couldn't let go of mathematics. So she went back to it. Surprisingly, her state of mind had completely changed. She said she was 'no longer anxious' - the question marks in her mind had disappeared, her heart had calmed down, and she was able to continue her research with a clear mind. It was in this peaceful state that she proved the 'Three-Dimensional Hanging Conjecture', which had puzzled the academic community for years, and became the first Chinese woman to win the Fields Medal. Later, when she recalled this experience, she said something that has stayed with me: 'All detours are shortcuts; just keep walking, and every step counts.' We all encounter moments like Wang Hong's - feeling lost, unable to see the direction, and thinking that everyone around us is moving forward while we're stuck. At such times, most people's instinct is to 'resist': I must work harder, I must be faster, I must find the answer immediately. But Wang Hong did the opposite - she allowed herself to be lost, to take a detour. When I watched her interview, I suddenly thought of the desert I saw in Dunhuang last year. The endless yellow sand stretched out like the sea. I thought of Zhang Qian, who traveled to the Western Regions over 2,000 years ago, walking on a similar path. Without GPS or a map, he didn't even know if he could reach his destination alive. He just relied on his determination and took one step at a time. He didn't treat the desert as an enemy; he simply allowed himself to walk through it. And then, he made it through. We are all Zhang Qian in the desert of life. We don't know which direction to take, we don't know if the next step will lead to a dead end, and we don't know if we can reach our destination. The only thing we can do is walk our own path, allow ourselves to be lost, allow our direction to be temporarily unclear, and flow like water, going wherever it takes us, without questioning right or wrong, just flowing. Wang Hong's story made me realize that confusion is never a mistake; it's the pause button life gives you. It allows you to take a breath before turning a corner, to clarify what you truly want before embarking on a new path. So, if you're standing at a crossroads, unsure of which direction to take, don't rush to resist the confusion. Try stopping, allowing yourself to be temporarily uncertain, and allowing things to unfold without immediate answers. Just keep walking, even if it takes a detour.

Coffee: My Stimulant

I have to say, coffee is truly my stimulant. I went to bed at 2 am last night and woke up at 7 am, probably because I knew I was going to have a large cup of latte with a generous dollop of whipped cream today. The anticipation got me up and about in the morning, despite only having 5 hours of sleep. After finishing my coffee, I felt like a different person, full of energy. During my nap time, I didn't feel sleepy at all, but rather wide awake. I might have trouble sleeping tonight because I'm too excited, and I'll have to resort to drinking to fall asleep. I know some people might say that drinking too much coffee can cause insomnia and affect sleep quality. But for me, coffee is not just a drink, it's an energy booster that makes me feel refreshed and ready to take on the day. Of course, coffee isn't a panacea, and sometimes I do feel jittery and anxious after drinking too much. But I think that's because I've exceeded my body's limit. As long as I keep my consumption in check, coffee is my best partner.

Sex Tips I've Tried That Bring Us Closer

Today, I want to share some sex tips that I've tried and found to be particularly effective. These are all based on my personal experience, and I've discovered that how well a guy does in the foreplay really makes a big difference later on. I love it when he uses his fingers or tongue to get me really wet. When he finally enters me, the feeling of being slowly stretched and filled is incredibly intense. I especially love it when I lift my legs up or put them on his shoulders. This way, he can penetrate deeper and at a better angle, directly hitting the most sensitive spot inside me. I'll wrap my legs around his waist or let him press them against his chest, and the feeling of being completely possessed and unable to move is both embarrassing and exhilarating. Every time we do this, I reach orgasm really quickly and get really wet. As we're doing it, I'll actively tighten up inside, which really works. I'll try to contract my vaginal muscles, as if I'm sucking his penis in. Whenever he pulls out, I'll clamp down hard, and when he enters again, I'll relax a bit, making the friction even stronger. He often gets excited when I suddenly clamp down, and his movements become more intense. I can also feel his shape and the sensation of him thrusting inside me more clearly, and the pleasure is doubled. Changing the rhythm is also important. I don't like it when it's always fast or always slow. I love it when he starts with slow thrusts, letting me get into the mood, and then suddenly speeds up or thrusts deep and stops for a few seconds before continuing. The sudden pause makes me feel unsatisfied and I'll move my hips to chase him. Sometimes I'll say 'deeper' or 'faster', and he'll do it, and then I'll move my hips to grind against the head of his penis, and the feeling of being in control is also really stimulating. Lastly, I think communication and reaction are key. I'll moan and tell him the truth, like 'this feels so good' or 'faster' or 'gentler, it's too much'. He'll adjust based on my voice and body language. Sometimes I'll say 'don't move, let me do it', and then I'll move my hips back and forth or up and down, and he'll get even more excited seeing me take the initiative. I've found that when I express my feelings, he'll be more forceful and focused, and we'll both have a great time.

The Ridiculous Speech at the Wedding

That day, the young man, dressed in a dashing suit, appeared at his ex-girlfriend's wedding. When the newlyweds came to offer a toast, he raised his glass, wanting to say something, but his mind was a complete blank. Suddenly, he had an epiphany and raised his glass, saying, "Your wife is really beautiful, I'll go first!" The scene erupted into a fit of laughter, and the groom was also amused by his ridiculous remark, saying, "I'm fine with it, do as you please!" Someone in the crowd joked, "Thanks to you, brother, you've taken care of the hard part, and the groom will have it easy from now on!" Everyone burst into laughter at this comment.

The Dilemma of Modern Love: Short-Term vs. Long-Term Relationships

Recently, the news of Cai Chongxin's divorce flooded my social media. As an ordinary person who follows celebrity gossip, I might be able to understand this situation. After all, celebrities' lives are always filled with various pressures and challenges. However, when I saw Cai Chongxin, the 'good man' I once admired, also choose to divorce, I felt a deep sense of disappointment. I began to reflect on why men nowadays seem to be less willing to work on long-term relationships. Is it the pressure of modern society, or has our definition of love changed? I thought of the recent incident involving Zou Shiming's wife, and perhaps these events are all reflecting some problems with modern love. I believe that most men still hope to find a partner to spend the rest of their lives with. Unfortunately, modern society has led people to prefer short-term relationships for instant gratification. This phenomenon cannot be simply judged as right or wrong, but it does make me feel regretful. Our dating diaries, to some extent, also reflect this social reality. The choice between short-term and long-term relationships presents a dilemma in modern love. People are torn between pursuing short-term passion and long-term companionship. This dilemma may be because our understanding of love is changing, or because we are afraid of the uncertainty of the future. In any case, the confusion of modern love is worth our deep reflection. We need to redefine love and relationships and find new ways to adapt to modern society. Perhaps this requires us to be braver in facing our own hearts and more honest in communicating with each other.

Who Should Pay on a Date? My Uncle's Advice Changed Her Mind, and She Deleted the Guys Who Agreed!

When my cousin was in college, my uncle had a heart-to-heart talk with her that changed her perspective on dating. He said, 'You can't always let the guy pay, because you're both college students, and you don't have a lot of living expenses. If he pays once, it means he'll have to eat instant noodles for many meals to come!' She thought her uncle made a lot of sense, so she posted his words on her social media. Many guys liked her post, but she did something unexpected - she deleted all the guys who liked it! She figured that if these guys agreed with her uncle's opinion, they must be the type who would make girls pay too. She didn't want to waste her time on guys with that mindset, so she deleted them. Although her actions were a bit extreme, they reflected her views on dating - to her, dating is not just about getting to know each other, but also about a comfortable interaction between two people.

Officer Zhang: A Movie That's Hard to Understand

I recently watched the entire movie Officer Zhang and I have to say, it's unbelievable that Officer Zhang never wears a uniform from start to finish, it's really hard to understand... As a movie, Officer Zhang indeed has many thought-provoking aspects. Officer Zhang has a cute and soft face, but he's actually skilled in martial arts, and Lu is no weakling either. The interaction between the two creates a kind of inexplicable tension. The image of Officer Zhang in the movie left a deep impression on me. He always has a faint smile on his face, as if saying, 'I know what you're thinking, but I won't let you succeed.' This mysterious aura is really attractive. If you want to watch Officer Zhang, you can search for videos of Zhang Jinyu that are over 5 minutes long. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

BFF's Crazy Idea: Divorce to Scare My Husband?

My BFF recently gave me a crazy idea - she said I should divorce my husband to scare him, to make him realize how much he'll regret it if I'm gone. I couldn't help but laugh at first, thinking it was a genius idea, but also somewhat tempting. Lately, my husband and I have been having some tension in our relationship. He's always busy with work, ignoring my feelings, making me feel like a single mom. My BFF's suggestion seemed like music to my ears, making me think I could finally make my husband understand my feelings. But when I actually brought up the idea, my BFF's attitude completely changed. She said I couldn't keep bothering her boyfriend at her place, that even though I'm her BFF, her boyfriend isn't my husband anymore. I felt like I'd been struck by lightning - apparently, my BFF's suggestion was just to get me to leave her boyfriend alone, not because she actually cared about my feelings. I started thinking, why would my BFF give me such a suggestion? Did she really think my marriage could be solved by divorce? Or did she just want me to stay away from her boyfriend? I realized this was more complicated than I thought, that my BFF's suggestion was just the tip of the iceberg, with more stories hidden beneath.

Shattered Families and Unspoken Understanding

Want to hear a shocking true story? My story might leave you stunned. My dad had an affair with my younger aunt, and my mom caught them. After their divorce, he didn't find another partner, and I thought it was probably due to guilt or fear of taking another risk. However, I've had a similar experience, and I think he might know, but we've never discussed it. We've been tacitly understanding each other, until he remarried a couple of years ago. When he returned from a business trip last year, my mom was pregnant, and he yelled at me, bringing it up again. Now that my stepmom has given birth, I feel our relationship has become even more complicated. We both know each other's secrets, but we've never really talked about them. Sometimes I wonder, why can't we have a normal, happy family life? Why do we have to carry these secrets and lies? I don't dare ask him, and I don't dare ask myself. We just keep living, maintaining a superficial harmony. I know this story might shock or sadden you, but I hope you can understand that everyone has their own story and secrets. We don't need judgment or blame; we just need understanding and respect.

Musk's Copper Kwai Fong: An Unexpected Miracle in the Internet Age

August 1st, I opened my phone to start the day, only to find that the entire internet was flooded with news about Musk. My initial reaction was that Musk had come to China to sell barbecue. After all, who would have thought that this tech giant would suddenly venture into the barbecue business? As it turned out, it was all about 'Musk's Copper Kwai Fong', a barbecue stall that had gone viral. Netizens' reactions were varied, with some being shocked, others amused, and some even thinking it was another one of Musk's business ventures. Musk himself is still working on his high-tech projects, who would have thought that his name would be associated with a barbecue stall? In the internet age, information is exploding, and anything can happen. Maybe one day, Kwai Fong will have a successful meetup with someone, who knows? This incident tells us that in the internet age, anything can happen. We should keep an open mind and be prepared to face new challenges and opportunities at any time. Maybe the next Musk-style miracle will happen right next to us. The story of Musk's Copper Kwai Fong also makes us think, what is true innovation? Is it high-tech projects or just a simple barbecue stall? Maybe innovation is not just about technology, but also about changing our mindset and way of thinking.

The Harsh Reality of Financial Challenges: A Lifetime of Struggle for the Average Person

Let's face the music and take a hard look at the financial challenges that the average person faces in their lifetime. From starting work at 22 to retiring at 60, that's a whopping 38 years. Even with a stable monthly salary of $6,000 and an annual income of $72,000, the total income over 38 years is $2.73 million. However, with daily expenses, raising kids, medical bills, and retirement to consider, it's a wonder anyone can save anything at all. A single major illness or unexpected event could wipe out years of savings in an instant. This harsh reality forces us to think about how we can better manage our finances and avoid financial pitfalls. First, we need to re-examine our spending habits and financial planning. Are there unnecessary expenses that we can cut back on? Do we have enough savings and investments? Do we have adequate insurance and protection? These are questions we need to seriously consider and answer. Second, we need to learn and master some basic financial knowledge and skills. How do we invest? How do we manage our finances? How do we avoid financial risks? These skills will help us better manage our finances and achieve financial freedom. Lastly, we need to stay vigilant and avoid falling into financial traps. Don't be swayed by short-term gains or tempted by high-risk investments. Keep a long-term perspective and stick to a stable financial strategy – that's the key to achieving financial freedom.

Why Do Guys Become 'Bootlickers' in Love?

Indeed, many guys turn into pure love warriors once they're in a relationship, constantly showing concern and care, only to end up impressing themselves and nurturing their partner's vanity, while also earning the lifelong honor of being a 'high-quality bootlicker'. This phenomenon makes one wonder, why do some guys become 'bootlickers'? Is it because they're too eager for love, too eager to be accepted? Or is it because they're just trying to please their partner, to make them happy? In fact, many times, the reason guys become 'bootlickers' isn't because of their inherent personality, but because of their desire for love and insecurity. They're always worried about losing their partner, worried that their partner doesn't love them, so they'll do anything to please them, to satisfy their needs. However, this approach often backfires. When guys are too concerned about their partner, too eager to please, it can make their partner feel uncomfortable, even making them think the guy is insincere. In this situation, not only will the guy not get their partner's love, but they'll also lose their respect. So, guys, stop being 'bootlickers'! Learn to respect yourselves and love yourselves, learn to respect your partner's independence and freedom. Only then can you truly get your partner's love and respect.

The Temptation of Voyeurism: An Unexpected Passionate Scene

Last night, my friend came over while I was working, and after a brief greeting, I went to my study. When I opened the door a crack after finishing my work, I saw that my partner had already sat my friend on their lap, fondling their butt and kissing them, lifting up their T-shirt to kiss their chest, and they were laughing and gazing into each other's eyes, kissing each other passionately. This scene had me rock-hard, and I thought to myself: I had no idea my partner would be like this with someone else when I'm not around. This feeling of voyeurism is truly irresistible, and I didn't want to push the door open and break the spell. I've often wondered how my partner interacts with others, and this scene in front of me is making me envious and resentful. Their intimacy and passion are making my heart race, and I almost forgot that I'm still in my study working. I know that this behavior might not be very moral, but I just can't help myself. This scene is tempting me so strongly that I almost want to push the door open and join them. Of course, I eventually restrained myself and didn't break the spell. But I know that this scene will be forever etched in my memory, and I won't be able to forget it.

The Two-Step Method to Pick Up Girls: Ask Directly and Save a Few Months' Worth of Salary

Picking up girls can be done in just two steps, which is hard to believe for many guys. Most guys, as soon as they meet a girl, start racking their brains thinking about what to chat about and how to show off. How pathetic. Most girls are narcissistic and passive, so when you take the initiative to chat with them, they assume you like them and quickly give you a score. If you keep asking them if they've eaten or slept, or chat with them about movies and games, the more you chat, the more they'll think you're a suck-up. They'll think to themselves, 'Another one, what a waste of time.' This scenario plays out every day. Guys, stop doing this! Ask two direct questions: Are you single? Do you plan on finding a boyfriend? If she's not interested, she'll directly reject you, and all your previous efforts will be for nothing. If she says she's single and wants to find someone, then be straightforward: 'I've just met you, but I have a bit of a feeling for you. If you're not disgusted, let's hang out and see if there's a possibility.' If there's a chance, she'll be willing to take it further. If not, then it's goodbye. Just these two questions can save you a few months' worth of salary. Think about all the time and money you've wasted on girls who aren't worth it, and you'll regret it. So, next time you're in this situation, remember to ask directly and stop wasting time!

The Lianyungang Mother-Daughter Fall: A Heart-Stopping 5 Minutes

The Lianyungang mother-daughter fall has shocked the entire internet, leaving everyone wondering: how did this happen? Based on all the details currently known, we can reconstruct the events of that day. At the time of the incident, the father was also at home. As he rushed out, he told his wife to follow with their daughter, but when he came out, he found they were still inside. This moment of separation sealed their fate. There were no air cushions or ladders set up at the scene because the area below was a green space with many small trees and electrical boxes, and there wasn't enough space. These seemingly insignificant details became obstacles in the rescue efforts. At the time, some people on the scene tried to catch them with a sheet, but the mother's fall was deflected when she hit the third-floor overhang, and they failed to catch her. This momentary mistake led to the ultimate tragedy. Rescue personnel arrived at the scene at 6:30 and found the mother and daughter standing on the windowsill. They fell at 6:35, just five minutes later. These short five minutes sealed the fate of this family. The rescue team tried to reach them by taking the stairs and opening the door to their home, but failed. These futile efforts became a symbol of helplessness.

The Exchange of Benefits in Relationships: Why Earning Money is Crucial

No matter how good your friends are, try talking about money; no matter how much your spouse loves you, try being broke; no matter how close your relatives are, try borrowing money from them. That's just how the world works - all relationships are about exchanging benefits. If you have no money and no abilities, even your own family will look down on you. So, spare the drama and focus on making money. Once you reach middle age, put away your generosity and learn to be calculative, stingy, and unafraid to show your displeasure. Your enthusiasm and generosity will only make others think you're cheap, and they won't remember your kindness. In this world, money and abilities are the two swords that protect your social status and dignity. Without them, you're easily exploited and disrespected. Earning money isn't just about fulfilling your material needs, but also about maintaining your dignity and social standing. Of course, this doesn't mean we should become greedy and stingy. However, in the real world, being calculative and stingy is necessary to avoid being taken advantage of and to protect your interests. Lastly, remember: nothing in life is free. Everyone has their own interests and needs, and relationships are no exception. So, let's learn how to build healthy relationships and protect our interests and dignity.

The Unexpected Harvest After Social Death

It was an ordinary night, and I walked into a bar, holding a glass of wine and aimlessly gazing at the crowd. Suddenly, I spotted a stunning beauty wearing a strapless dress. Her beauty was so captivating that I couldn't take my eyes off her. I mustered up the courage to approach her and asked, 'Miss, may I buy you a drink?' To my surprise, she pointed at me and loudly shouted for the entire bar to hear, 'What? You think you can take me to a hotel with 5,000 yuan? No way!' Everyone stared at me, and I wished I could find a hole to crawl into and escape back to my seat. A while later, she quietly walked over and whispered in my ear, 'Sorry, buddy. I'm a psychology student researching how humans react to extreme social death. As a consolation, I can keep you company tonight.' I immediately stood up and loudly shouted, 'What?! You want 20,000 yuan for this?!' The bar patrons were drawn in by my outburst, and everyone was watching us, as if waiting for the next act. The beauty and I were both embarrassed by our own social death, and we could only awkwardly laugh and end the farce.

Wealth in the Spiritual Realm: From Selling Labor to Selling Cognition

The first secret to getting rich is to stop working! You'll never get rich by working hard. This statement may sound unbelievable at first, but it's a harsh reality in today's society. Wealth is created in the mind, not extracted from physical labor. The more you treat yourself like a work animal, the less you'll earn. This reveals a significant problem in modern society: many people still cling to traditional thinking, believing that hard work leads to wealth. In the past, businesses focused on tangible products: construction, manufacturing, and sales. But now, the demand has shifted. The chaos and spiritual emptiness in society have created a massive market. The greatest demand is also the greatest opportunity. Whoever can satisfy people's spiritual needs will achieve great success. Wealth has completely shifted to the spiritual realm. Tangible assets are depreciating, while intangible assets are the true assets. So, if you want to get rich, hurry up and transform: from selling labor to selling cognition; from making products to touching people's hearts. This transformation won't happen overnight; it requires time, effort, and a deep understanding of modern society. But if you succeed, you'll find that wealth is no longer an unattainable dream, but a tangible reality.

The True Face of Love: Wholehearted Devotion

After reading the story of Li Kangmei and Old Li, my emotions have been stirred for a long time. Some people say that Li Kangmei's 18 years of devotion were all for nothing, and her sincerity was betrayed. But what is love supposed to bring? A marriage certificate? Wealth? Can these things truly represent the essence of love? I think Li Kangmei's tears were not because she couldn't get married to Old Li, nor because she couldn't inherit his fortune, but because the person she loved had passed away. This feeling cannot be replaced by anyone. The true face of love can be summed up in four words: wholehearted devotion. Li Kangmei's story tells us that love doesn't need formal constraints, and it doesn't need material exchanges. Love only needs two loving hearts, mutual companionship, and understanding. This kind of love is the real deal. We are often constrained by societal pressure and external concepts, forgetting the original intention of love. We often tie love to material wealth and fame, forgetting the true essence of love. Li Kangmei's story is a wake-up call, reminding us to re-examine our views on love and understand the true face of love once again.

Nanchang Girl's Sensual Journey

I'm a Nanchang girl, and my name is Miao Miao. In my blog, I'll be sharing my sensual journey with you all. I'll talk about my sexual experiences, my views on sex, and my understanding of sensuality. As a sensual girl, I've always believed that sensuality is not just about physical beauty, but also about inner confidence and comfort. I think a sensual woman should be confident, independent, and open-minded. She should have her own views on sex and attitudes towards sex, and not be afraid to express her desires. In my blog, I'll share my sexual experiences, including my first time, my sexual partners, my sexual fantasies, and my sexual skills. I'll also share my views on sex, including my thoughts on sex, my attitudes towards sex, and my values on sex. I hope my blog can provide a platform for everyone to discuss and share sex-related topics. I hope my blog can help everyone better understand themselves, express their sexual desires more confidently, and find their own sexual happiness.

The Bittersweet Reality of Male-Female Relationships: Love and Apathy

The truth about male-female relationships is actually quite simple. When we're in love, we gradually let our guard down and take steps into each other's hearts. But when we're not, it's like we're armed with knives, poking holes in each other's defenses one by one. This feeling is truly heart-wrenching! We often ask ourselves, why is this the case? Why is the gap between love and apathy so vast? Is it impossible for us to avoid this duality? Perhaps we need to re-examine how we express our emotions. We need to learn how to better convey our love and apathy without turning them into weapons that hurt each other. Only then can we build healthier, more genuine relationships. Of course, this isn't easy. We need to bravely face our emotions and learn to control them. We need to understand each other's feelings and learn to be more accommodating and empathetic. But if we truly want to build a beautiful relationship, we must be willing to put in the effort. So let's work together! Let's try to understand and accommodate each other's feelings, and build a more beautiful relationship.

A Married Woman I Met on Soul Who Said 'No Dates, No Chats'

I came across a woman on Soul who had written in her profile, 'Married, no dates, no chats.' She seemed quite proper at first, and our initial conversations were very restrained, with her always dodging any topics that could be considered risqué. After I added her on WeChat, I tried to probe her a few times, and she finally couldn't hold back, sending me a long message saying that she was actually extremely horny, to the point of being almost addicted, and had secretly cheated on her husband seven or eight times. Those men were all just one-night stands, and she never had a fixed partner, which made her feel especially miserable. She even said that if she found someone suitable, she'd be willing to send me sexy photos on WeChat every day. Unfortunately, we weren't in the same city, or she would have been the perfect married woman for a casual affair, and I would have definitely made her cum so hard she'd cry. I found this woman to be particularly interesting, with a huge contrast between her proper appearance and her intense sexual desire and history of infidelity. Her story shocked me and also left me curious – what had driven her to this point? I think most people must have had similar experiences, or at least have had such thoughts. We all have our own secrets, our own desires, and our own struggles. This woman's story is just an example – a story about sex, a story about infidelity, a story about human nature. I hope this story can touch everyone's hearts and prompt some reflection. How should we view sex? How should we view infidelity? How should we view human nature? These are all questions worth exploring and discussing.
