Power Trumps Wealth: A Lesson from the Rich

I've seen the most pathetic billionaires, but not because they went bankrupt and jumped off a building. Instead, they lost everything, including their wives and their lives, to others. Shen Wansan, the richest man in Jiangnan, was wealthy enough to rival a country. His floors were paved with gold, his cups were inlaid with pearls, and he married the most beautiful woman in the city, Su Wan. He once boasted that his family controlled 70% of the country's silver, and even the emperor had to give him a 30% share. But when the new governor took office, he sent Shen a single invitation, asking him to donate half of his wealth to the military. Shen hesitated for three days, thinking he could negotiate a better deal. On the fourth day, soldiers kicked in his door, pressed him to the ground, and emptied his treasury while dragging Su Wan away. Shen screamed, "I'll give you ten times, a hundred times more money!" The governor sneered, patting Shen's face, "You think your money is yours? In Jiangnan, what I say goes." Shen was accused of treason and thrown into a death prison. The officials who once surrounded him now didn't dare look at him. In prison, he endured immense suffering and finally understood: in the face of power, wealth is nothing but a pig raised by those in power, and the fatter it gets, the faster it dies. Before his execution, Shen saw a farmer walking by, humming a tune, with sunlight shining on his dark face, peaceful and serene. Shen suddenly smiled – the safest way to live is not to own anything, but to have nothing, and be unnoticed by others.

Meeting a Vibrant Shanghai Girl

Recently, I met a Shanghai girl who was full of energy and vitality. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and it made me feel much more at ease. As we chatted, I thought she might be an ENFP type - a happy-go-lucky person! A passage she wrote touched my heart, and I'm pretty sure she must be a liberal arts major. Although she's a bit of a homebody, she's also an e-sports girl who's played games like Peacekeeper, Honor of Kings, and Counter-Strike. Currently, she's on a break from school, so she has plenty of free time. Her combination of energy and introverted personality makes me think of her as adorable, just like the character Hestia from the anime 'Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?' As we talked, I discovered that she's not only full of energy but also has a profound inner world. Although she likes to stay at home, she knows how to make herself happy. Her passion for life is inspiring, and it's made me want to live my life with the same enthusiasm.

The Account Settlement Game in the Marriage Market

Yesterday, I went on a blind date, and as soon as the woman sat down, she began to grill me about my material possessions. Do you have a house? Is it paid in full or mortgaged? How much is your car worth? Do your parents have a pension? I listened quietly, smiled, and asked her, 'So, what equivalent resources can you provide?' She replied with a straight face, 'I offer my youth and emotional value!' I sighed, called the waiter, and asked for the check. In today's marriage market, everyone is calculating with a calculator, pretending to be smart, but wanting to package it as 'love'. Who's fooling who? Everyone wants a partner who can provide both material security and emotional support. However, in this game of calculation, people often overlook the most important thing - feelings. I wonder, how much is her 'youth and emotional value' worth? Can it be used to pay off mortgages, buy cars, and support the elderly? If not, why does she think these things can be considered 'equivalent resources'? Does she really believe that her youth and emotional value can be compared to my material conditions? Marriage is a commitment and responsibility between two people, not a transaction. It requires mutual support, understanding, and respect. However, in today's marriage market, people seem to have forgotten these basic principles. Everyone is busy calculating, comparing material possessions, and no one wants to put in genuine effort. I'm not opposed to finding a partner with good material conditions, but I hope to find someone who can share life with me, face challenges together, and make me feel safe, supported, and happy. Unfortunately, in today's marriage market, such a person has become a rare resource.

Unveiling the Secrets of Men's Desires and Worries

Men often have unique hobbies and worries that they keep to themselves. Today, we're going to explore four major series that reveal the complexities of men's emotional worlds: the four major 'aromas', the four major 'tender' things, the four major 'seductive' things, and the four major 'annoyances'. Although these words may seem simple, they actually hold the key to understanding men's desires and emotions. Let's start with the four major 'aromas'. These include the joy of reuniting with one's wife after a long day, the idealized second partner, delicious foods like lamb burgers and clear-steamed chicken, and the desire for romance and a fulfilling life. These things represent men's yearning for love and a better life. The four major 'tender' things are the first sprouts of leeks, fresh lotus root, a newlywed wife, and a child's hand. Although these things may seem simple, they represent men's desire for new and beautiful things. The first sprouts of leeks represent a fresh start; fresh lotus root represents a bright future; a newlywed wife represents new love; and a child's hand represents pure love. The four major 'seductive' things are a cat in heat, a peach with dew, captivating eyes, and a slender waist. Although these things may seem alluring, they represent men's desire for beautiful things. A cat in heat represents a fresh start; a peach with dew represents a bright future; captivating eyes represent attractive beauty; and a slender waist represents a beautiful figure. The four major 'amusing' things are a bald head, a small oil lamp, a young girl's face, and an old mudfish. Although these things may seem humorous, they represent men's sense of humor in life. A bald head represents men's ability to laugh at themselves; a small oil lamp represents men's optimistic attitude towards life; a young girl's face represents pure beauty; and an old mudfish represents life's wisdom. Finally, there are the four major 'annoyances': a wife's tears, a child's tantrums, a shovel hitting a pot, and a pig's scream. Although these things may seem frustrating, they represent men's sense of responsibility in life. A wife's tears represent men's responsibility towards their family; a child's tantrums represent men's responsibility towards their children; a shovel hitting a pot represents men's responsibility towards their work; and a pig's scream represents men's responsibility towards society.

The Beautiful Secret: Why Pretty Girls Always Have Scars on Their Knees

Have you ever noticed that some pretty girls always have scars on their knees? And what's more, these scars don't seem to heal, they just keep coming back. Especially those girls with great figures, their knee scars are even more pronounced. Why is that? I recall a friend of mine from the past, a beautiful girl with long hair, fair skin, and a slender figure. But every time we hung out, I'd notice new scars on her knees. I asked her why, and she just laughed it off, saying "it's nothing, I just fell". However, I realized that this wasn't just her. Many girls around us, especially the pretty ones, had similar experiences. Knee scars seemed to be their trademark. I started thinking, why do pretty girls always have scars on their knees? Is it because they love sports more? Or is it because they love playing around? Or is it because their skin is more delicate? Later on, I discovered that the real reason might be more complex. The scars on pretty girls' knees might be a reflection of their lifestyle. They might be more adventurous, more into trying new things, participating in sports and activities, and exploring the world. They might love life more, and enjoy the moment more.

A Deeper Reflection on Sex and Love: From Ignorance to Enlightenment

I've been having some new thoughts on sex and love lately. We don't suddenly find sex uninteresting, just like we don't suddenly discover that love has become calculating. Sex can be just a physical collision between two bodies, but it's the emotions, shame, and inexplicable desires and feelings that make it so vivid and exciting. When I was younger, I thought sex was just about sex, and I saw desire, shame, and those unspoken desires and lust as things to be overcome. In fact, it's these messy and complicated things that make sex a unique experience between two people – knowing your own desires and fears, seeing your partner's responses and desires, and still choosing to give in to your desires. However, as we gain more experience, this choice becomes increasingly difficult, and the threshold becomes higher, because we're all afraid of getting hurt. The same is true for love. When we're young, our pure and simple liking for someone is because we can't see ourselves and our partner clearly, but now we see the motivations, values, and exchanges. Our liking is still the same, but it's changed from 'I don't know why' to 'I know what I want, I know what you want, and I'm willing to make this transaction to make our relationship work'. Similarly, the threshold for making this choice is very high. We've become more mature and less likely to get swept away by a romantic night. We start to think, weigh our options, and consider each other's feelings and needs. We start to grow, become enlightened, and understand ourselves and our partners better. But this doesn't mean we'll lose the passion for love and sex. In fact, it's this maturity and enlightenment that allows us to better understand and appreciate the complexity and diversity of love and sex. We start to see our own desires and fears clearly, we start to see our partner's responses and desires clearly, we start to dare to give in to our desires, and we start to dare to make our relationship work.

The Youth and Vitality of Star-Chasing Girls

I've met many star-chasing girls on Weibo, and they have a unique kind of innocence and vitality that makes me, a 30-year-old man, feel ashamed. They have a natural trust in their fellow fans who share the same idol, as if being fans of the same celebrity automatically makes them kindred spirits. I had a few friends come over to my place to watch a concert, and they stayed with me since the hotels around here were fully booked. Their carefree and vibrant youth made me feel a sense of freedom and relaxation that I hadn't experienced in a long time. To be honest, although I'm only 30, I still feel like I've lost my youthful energy compared to them. Looking at their smiling faces and sparkling eyes, I couldn't help but think that I've already grown old. I think star-chasing girls are much better than those who only know how to blindly follow the crowd. Especially during summer break, when there are many concerts and students have a lot of free time, and ticket prices are relatively low, I was thinking of trying to score tickets to the Phoenix Legend concert... but I couldn't get any. I really couldn't get any.

Jobs That AI Can't Replace: Investment Banking, Lawyers, Accountants, Evaluators, and Independent Directors

In today's era of widespread AI adoption, many people worry that their jobs will be taken over by machines. However, there are certain professions that are unlikely to be completely replaced, even with the rapid advancement of AI technology. These professions include investment banking, law, accounting, evaluation, and independent directorship. So, why can't these jobs be replaced by AI? Because they require a tremendous amount of human intelligence, experience, and judgment, especially when dealing with complex and ambiguous cases. Although AI can process large amounts of data and repetitive tasks, human insight and decision-making abilities are still irreplaceable in critical moments. Professions like investment banking, law, and accounting require a great deal of interpersonal communication and interaction, which AI currently cannot fully replicate. Moreover, in these fields, trust and reputation are crucial, and human expertise and experience are more likely to win clients' trust. The work of evaluators and independent directors also requires a great deal of human judgment and expertise. They need to evaluate complex data and information, make key decisions that require not only technical knowledge but also rich experience and business acumen. Finally, the ability to take responsibility is also a core competency of these professions. Although AI can process large amounts of data, human sense of responsibility and moral awareness are still irreplaceable in critical moments. In the business world, the ability to take responsibility refers to the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure, which is a unique human advantage.

Breaking the Illusion: The Ugly Truth Behind 'Company Culture'

Today, our boss was at it again during the meeting, painting a rosy picture with his words: 'The company is your home, and everyone should embody the spirit of ownership, working overtime and making sacrifices!' It sounds like he's treating us like family, doesn't it? But as soon as I heard those words, my mind started racing. After the meeting, I quietly walked over to the administration department and applied to replace the office chairs with foldable beds, and also asked for reimbursement for the utilities I paid out of pocket at home last night. The administrative manager looked at me with wide eyes and asked what I was doing. I stood my ground and said, 'Didn't the boss just say the company is my home? What's wrong with me sleeping comfortably and getting reimbursed for my living expenses?' That's when I realized that so-called 'company culture' is just a way for bosses to get you to work for peanuts while they reap the benefits. Talking about emotions wastes money; giving real benefits is what makes a good boss. We often hear bosses say they want to provide a 'home-like' work environment, but in reality, they don't treat employees like real family members. They only want loyalty and dedication, but they're not willing to give real returns. This 'company culture' is just a tool for them to control employees. Some people might think my behavior is 'taking advantage of loopholes' or 'ungrateful,' but I think this is what it means to see the world with open eyes. We shouldn't be blinded by fancy words and grandiose rhetoric; we should look at the facts with a clear head. Only then can we truly stand up for ourselves and fight for our rights.

Weibo Dating in the Summer: Is it a Good Deal or Just Embarrassing?

During the summer break, I found that Weibo is the best place to go on dates! I recently made plans with a freshman girl to meet up in my city next week to attend a concert, and we're both super excited. However, I've noticed that people on Weibo are getting more and more shameless. You need to pay for a membership to display the Apple logo, and you need to pay again to hide the Android logo - it's just ridiculous! I want to know, what are your experiences with Weibo dating? Is it the best deal, or is it just embarrassing? I think Weibo dating should be free and casual, without being restricted by labels and membership fees. So, how do you feel about Weibo dating and the shameless behavior? Share your thoughts in the comments!

Dating Insights: The Pitfalls of Being Too Blunt and the Trap of Instant Gratification

My recent dating experience has taught me a valuable lesson: being too blunt isn't always the best approach. We met on a chat app, and the conversation was going well, but things quickly escalated to discussing a short-term relationship after only a few messages. She agreed, leading me to believe she was an open-minded and adventurous international student who knew how to live in the moment. However, I made a fatal mistake – I sent her explicit photos right after adding her on WeChat. The result? She blocked me, leaving me to laugh at my own foolishness: some things are better left unsaid, unless the other person initiates it. This experience got me thinking about why high-end modeling is often more successful. Perhaps it's because building high-quality conversations and relationships takes time and effort, rather than just seeking instant gratification. Enjoying the moment is important, but we must also consider the other person's feelings and boundaries. Next time, I'll remember this lesson and focus on the quality of our conversation and her feelings.

Accepting Your Child's Mediocrity: The First Step to Parental Maturity

Last night, I was helping my son with his homework, and I had to explain one math problem to him five times. He still looked at me with a confused expression. I got angry and slammed my hand on the table: 'How can you be so stupid? Who did you inherit that from?' My wife, who was sitting next to us, munching on sunflower seeds, chimed in with a sarcastic comment: 'You're a junior college graduate, and I'm a vocational school graduate. Who do you think he inherited it from?' I felt like a deflated balloon. We always hope that our children will excel and achieve great things, but we forget that we were once in their shoes, struggling to keep up. The biggest lie in society is that parents think their children must be better than them. In reality, accepting our children's mediocrity is the first step to becoming a mature parent. After all, being ordinary is the foundation of life, and pushing them too hard can be disastrous! I remember when I was a kid, my mom always told me: 'You have to be better than your dad.' I asked her why, and she said: 'Because your dad isn't good enough, so you have to make up for it.' I didn't understand back then, but as I grew older, I realized that this was her expectation of me, my dad, and herself. But is this expectation really good? We always demand that our children be better than us, that they get into good schools, find good jobs, get married, and have kids. We set goals for them and push them to move forward. We think this is love, that we're doing it for their own good, but in reality, we're just repeating our own mistakes. We should give our children more freedom and more autonomy. We should let them decide their own future and choose their own path. We should trust them, trust their abilities, and trust their choices.

Observations on Bizarre Dates on Social Media: Are Chinese Women's EQs Really Getting Lower?

Today, I came across an interesting observation on a social media platform. A girl who called herself 'Little Fairy' was chatting with a guy, and the guy, following the usual Chinese politeness, complimented Little Fairy's outfit. However, Little Fairy responded by saying that her outfit didn't look good, and the guy bluntly expressed his true thoughts, saying that her outfit was actually quite ugly. As a result, Little Fairy immediately blocked the guy. This story sparked my thoughts: Yu Minhong once said that Chinese women's EQs and IQs are getting lower and lower. This phenomenon is particularly evident on social media platforms. Many girls on these platforms are extremely picky and capricious, and they often block people at the slightest provocation. I think there are multiple reasons for this phenomenon. Firstly, the anonymity of social media makes it easier for people to express their true thoughts, but it also makes them more vulnerable to hurt. Secondly, Chinese women are often taught to be elegant and polite in traditional culture, but this teaching is often ignored on social media. Finally, I want to say that social media dating observations do reflect the changes in Chinese women's EQs and IQs. However, we shouldn't be overly pessimistic. After all, social media is just a platform, and real life is what truly matters.

The 7800-Yuan Archivist: The Harsh Reality of the Workplace

Recently, our company posted a new job opening for an archivist. It sounds like a pretty dull job, but guess how much the salary is? The answer is: 7800 yuan! When I first saw this number, I was shocked. Such a simple job is paid so much? I couldn't help but sigh at the harsh reality of the workplace. When will I find a job like this? Of course, there might be reasons for this salary. An archivist needs to handle a large amount of files and data, requiring organizational skills and attention to detail. Perhaps this salary is a recognition and reward for their work. On the other hand, this also makes me think, why do some jobs get paid so much while others get paid so little? Is it because some jobs are more valuable? Or is this just an unfair social phenomenon? In any case, seeing this salary always leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I hope that one day, my own work will be recognized and rewarded in the same way.

Uncontrollable True Love: What is Real Romance?

What constitutes true love? This question often puzzles us. We try to define a standard for love, but ultimately, we realize that these standards are only applicable to those who don't truly love. It's only when we meet the one we truly love that we understand what it means to be uncontrollably in love. Uncontrollable love is not a rational state, but an emotional one that renders us helpless. It makes us do crazy things, and we'd stop at nothing to protect and possess the one we love. Standards are for those who don't truly love. We often try to measure love with reason and logic, but the truth is, love cannot be measured. It's an intuition, a feeling, something that cannot be expressed in words. When you meet the one you truly love, you'll lose control. Don't try to rationalize or justify it, because love defies reason. All you can do is follow your heart and your feelings. Uncontrollable love is a beautiful state. It makes us feel the passion and beauty of life, and it helps us understand what true love is. So, don't be afraid to lose control and love fearlessly!

Solana Ecosystem's Privacy Revolution: Arcium's Confidential Computing Infrastructure

Recently, a project in the Solana ecosystem has caught my attention, and for good reason: it's so impressive that the Solana official account changed its avatar for it! I searched and found that this is only the third time the Solana official account has changed its avatar since its launch in 2020. To give some context, the previous two times the avatar was changed were to celebrate the iteration of Solana Mobile and the growth of the ecosystem at the end of 2025, and to acknowledge the impact of Mad Lads on the Solana NFT market in 2023. The significance of these changes is clear: changing the avatar is a sign of recognition and approval of a project's importance in the Solana ecosystem. In my opinion, this recognition implies a preview of the changes in Solana's ecosystem support and core competitiveness in the next 3-5 years. In the past bull market, the Solana ecosystem was all about memes and prices. In the previous bull market, it was about DePin, NFT, and DeFi. But now, in 2026, the story should change. It's fitting with the theme of today's explosion of privacy, and it's also in line with the current needs of users on the Solana chain. If more complex applications are to be built on the chain, can the chain guarantee the protection of users' sensitive data? In other words, do users' assets, transaction intentions, institutional strategies, AI inputs, and data collaboration results all have to be exposed in a public environment? This is where Arcium comes in, solving a real pain point in the Solana ecosystem and not just telling a story. To put it simply, there are some basic needs that are not being met: in DeFi scenarios, open order flows can lead to front-running and strategy exposure; in institutional scenarios, fund movements and position changes are hard to keep completely public; in AI scenarios, user inputs, model parameters, and data sources often have privacy attributes; and in DePIN or data markets, data needs to be verified and used, but not necessarily readable by everyone. Therefore, if Solana wants to evolve from a 'high-performance trading chain' to a 'high-performance application network', it needs to fill the gaps in privacy computing, data protection, and complex application execution. Arcium is targeting this layer: striving to become the confidential computing infrastructure on Solana. Specifically, Solana provides the underlying settlement, account status, and high-performance execution environment, while Arcium provides a computing network that can handle encrypted data on top of that. Developers can give sensitive inputs to Arcium's computing environment, complete calculations without individual nodes having complete control over the data, and then return the results to the chain application. The MXE (MPC Execution Environment) mentioned in the Arcium documentation can be understood as the execution environment for confidential computing tasks. The value of this architecture lies in providing Solana applications with a new way of building: applications no longer have to choose between 'completely public' and 'completely centralized', but can find a balance between chain verifiability and data confidentiality. So, what scenarios can developers apply Arcium to? Personally, I think there are three main ones: confidential DeFi needs, confidential payments, and AI-related scenarios. In summary: Arcium is a basic infrastructure product in the Solana ecosystem, and its core value is reflected in all aspects. In short, a team that wants to develop on Solana while emphasizing privacy cannot avoid Arcium.

The Unexpected 'Machine Repair' Incident in the Office

Our company has a new female clerk, and today the copier jammed. She struggled with it for a while but couldn't fix it, and was getting frustrated and sweaty. I decided to step in and help, but ended up putting myself in an awkward situation. I knelt down and reached into the machine to pull out the jammed paper. The clerk looked on anxiously and said, 'Oh no, don't force it! I can hear the sound of tearing. Take it easy, and if all else fails, try it from the back.' My heart skipped a beat, and I bumped my head on the machine, perfectly reenacting an office 'machine repair' farce. Just then, our boss happened to walk by, looking displeased. 'Do you have to add such a dramatic script to fixing a printer?' he said. The clerk and I were both taken aback, and the atmosphere became extremely awkward. But unexpectedly, our boss's comment rescued us from our embarrassment and made us both burst out laughing. This little incident may be over, but it taught me that sometimes what's most needed in the office isn't professional skills, but rather a sense of humor and interpersonal skills at the right moment.

Unveiling the Mystery of Emotional Fortune Telling

Have you ever tried to understand your emotional state? Do you yearn to know how your emotional life will unfold? If you want to lift the veil of mystery surrounding emotional fortune telling, I have a simple yet effective method for you. As a fusion of psychology and intuitive insight, I'll guide you through an emotional fortune telling analysis. Please follow the steps and answer my questions to uncover the mystery of your emotional state. First, I need you to answer the following 7 questions. Remember, each question only requires a one-sentence answer, just like you're chatting with a close friend. Question 1: What is your current emotional state? (Single/Taken/Crush/Married/Breaking up/Divorced) Question 2: In your current relationship (or the previous one), what emotion do you feel most often? Question 3: When you're alone at night, what image or thought keeps popping into your mind? Question 4: What are you most afraid of happening in your emotional life? Question 5: What trait in the other person (or the one you desire) attracts you the most? Question 6: What is your biggest emotional conflict? (e.g., wanting to get close but fearing hurt) Question 7: If your emotional state were a weather forecast, what would it be today? After answering these questions, I'll generate an emotional fortune telling report based on your responses. This report will include your emotional undertone, the issue you're currently facing, your blind spots, your emotional outlook for the next three months, and the one thing you need to hear most. My report will be like a conversation with a friend who has seen many emotional stories, hitting your emotional pain points directly. No fluff, no clichés, just the truth.

Has the Big Picture Been Figured Out? What Do You X Friends Do?

Has the big picture been figured out? This question might seem like a joke in a WeChat group, but I'd like to genuinely explore it here. As an X friend, what do you do? What are your jobs, lives, and hobbies like? I've noticed that many X friends have diverse interests and work experiences. Some are programmers, developing apps that make our lives more convenient; some are designers, creating stunning artworks; some are writers, penning stories that move us. Your work and lives are so varied and rich, worth our understanding and learning. At the same time, I've also found that many X friends share common confusions and issues. How to balance work and life? How to handle interpersonal relationships? How to improve professional skills? These questions seem simple, but in reality, everyone needs to face and solve them.

In Pursuit of a Perfect Morning: Foraging for Wild Mushrooms

I tried waking up early for the first time and was up by 7 am! The sunlight peeking through the curtains and shining on my face made me feel like it was going to be a great day. Today's mission was to head into the woods and forage for wild mushrooms. I'd heard that this time of year is the best for finding them, and boy was I excited. After rushing to the woods, I found that I wasn't the only one with this idea - there were already plenty of people searching for mushrooms. I quickened my pace, determined to beat them to the best ones. And wow, there were so many mushrooms! I picked a bunch and felt incredibly satisfied. Once I got home, I started cleaning and prepping my bounty, looking forward to a delicious mushroom feast.

The Filter of Marriage: Why Good Men Are Hard to Find

Last night, while we were having dinner, my best friend complained to me that she couldn't find a partner anymore. Her reason was that all the good men had been taken, and only the unqualified ones were left. This problem piqued my interest, so I decided to explore it further. I asked her, 'If I were to give you my husband, would you want him?' Her silence shocked me. This reaction made me realize that she didn't really want to get married; she was anxious about her single status. This anxiety stemmed from her idealized fantasy of a perfect partner and her fear of her age. I then asked her, 'What do you think a good man is like?' She thought for a moment and replied, 'A man who is good to me, successful in his career, and has a harmonious family.' I smiled and told her, 'You're describing someone who doesn't exist.' I continued, 'Marriage is just a filtering process that screens out those who are willing to get married, not those who are good or bad.' She paused, seemingly having never thought of it that way. I added, 'What you're looking for isn't just a good man, but someone who is willing to spend his life with you.' Finally, I told her, 'You should reevaluate your needs and expectations and stop fantasizing about a perfect partner. True love and marriage are about two people growing together and facing challenges, not finding a perfect partner.'

A Drunken Girl's Nighttime Fishing Adventure

The girl got drunk and ran down to the hotel's landscape pool to catch fish. This scene was unbelievable, but also quite amusing. The girl lay down on the ground without any inhibitions, seemingly completely relaxed. Her figure was indeed great, especially when she was lying down, showcasing a natural and familiar movement.

The Loneliness of Hangzhou: A City Without Familiar Faces or Inspiring Landmarks

The beauty of Hangzhou has lost its charm for me. In this city, I don't know anyone, and the feeling of loneliness is overwhelming. Every day, I go out and see only unfamiliar faces. There's no one to share my feelings with, no one to understand my melancholy. I've been to all the nearby attractions, and they've all become dull. The scenic West Lake has lost its appeal, and the night view of the Qiantang River is just a repetitive sight. I've come to realize that even the most breathtaking scenery can't compare to the comfort of browsing my phone. The people on my screen are always so familiar and endearing, offering me a sense of solace. I'm starting to wonder if I've just gotten too used to living alone. Or maybe I've grown accustomed to this feeling of loneliness. My daily routine is always solo: I wake up, eat, go out, and watch movies by myself. There's no one to talk to, no one to share my joys and sorrows with. But I know this isn't healthy. Humans are social creatures that need interaction and connection with others. So, I've decided to make an effort to meet new people and attend social events. I hope to find like-minded individuals who can share my feelings and understand my loneliness.

The Miracle of a 2 a.m. Breakfast: A Couple's Devotion and Perseverance

There's a breakfast shop near my house run by a husband-and-wife team. Every day at 2 a.m., they start their busy day. Each time I see their energetic and lively appearance, I feel a sense of admiration and curiosity. What drives them to work so hard? The breakfast shop offers a wide variety of dishes, including steamed buns, soup-filled buns, and large buns. There are also tofu pudding, fried dough sticks, vegetable rolls, red sugar buns, stir-fried noodles, glutinous rice dumplings, tea eggs, and mixed noodles... almost everything you can think of, and they all taste authentic. Every time I go to eat, the boss is as energetic as if he's been injected with chicken blood, with a loud voice and quick movements. I look at them and can't help but think: if it were me, getting up at 2 a.m. every day would be terrifying. How do they do it? Is it for a living or for a dream? I started observing their shop and discovered their devotion and perseverance. They are enthusiastic about every customer, remembering each person's taste and preferences. Although their shop is small, it is clean and tidy, with a unique decor. Gradually, I discovered their secret. Their breakfast shop is not just a store, but a labor of love. They pour their heart and soul into every breakfast, hoping to bring warmth and satisfaction to their customers. Their perseverance and devotion have earned my respect and admiration.

The Landlady's Special Request

The landlady was a woman in her thirties, a divorced woman with a mature charm. This month, I was short on cash and couldn't pay the rent, so I had to swallow my pride and ask her for an extension. She was wearing a silk nightgown, leaning against the door frame, looking me up and down, as if assessing whether I was worthy of her help. She said, 'You don't have to pay the rent, but you have to help me with some physical labor as collateral.' I gulped, feeling both nervous and excited, and nodded in agreement. The landlady pointed to the bedroom, pouting, 'Go, there's something in there for you to fix.' I eagerly unbuttoned my shirt and rushed into the bedroom, only to find a disassembled treadmill and an instruction manual. The landlady shouted, 'If you can't assemble it, don't think about leaving!' I was secretly cursing my luck, not expecting the landlady's special request to be assembling her treadmill. Although I had no experience with this task, I had to grit my teeth and do it for the sake of paying the rent. I carefully read the manual and started assembling the treadmill, step by step. My clothes were soaked with sweat, and my fingers were cut, but I persisted. Finally, the treadmill was assembled, and I walked out of the bedroom, exhausted but satisfied. The landlady inspected the treadmill, nodded in satisfaction, and handed me a check. 'You can owe the rent for now, just remember to pay on time next time.' I breathed a sigh of relief, grateful for the landlady's leniency and trust. Although this was an unusual transaction, I felt like I had come out on top.

The Private Matters Between Men and Women: A Necessary Condition for a Meaningful Relationship

If men and women don't discuss private matters, their relationship is basically meaningless. This is a universal feeling - we all hope to find someone with whom we can share secrets, whether it's about our desires, emotions, or private details. In reality, not many people are genuinely serious; everyone is just pretending to be. We all wear masks, trying to make the other person think we're perfect and flawless. However, when we truly open up, we discover that everyone has their own little secrets and desires. Or maybe we just haven't met someone who shares our taste for the not-so-serious. It's just a matter of compatibility. When the conversation is too serious, it often gets cold, dull, and uninteresting. We need to find someone with whom we can share our secrets to truly enjoy the relationship. Private matters are the bridge that connects men and women. When we open up and share our secrets, we truly understand each other. We need to find someone we can trust to fully enjoy the relationship. Of course, private matters are not limited to sex topics. They can be about our emotions, desires, fears, or even dreams. As long as it's something we consider important, we can share it with our partner.

My Uncle's Cow and Bull: A Breeding Joke

My uncle in the countryside bought an imported cow and, to increase milk production, he specially purchased a purebred bull at a high price. Who would have thought that after a month, the cow not only didn't get pregnant, but the milk production actually decreased? My uncle was furious and immediately called in a veterinarian to check. The vet looked at the two cows and sighed, 'You bought this bull for breeding, right?' My uncle nodded repeatedly. The vet pointed to the cow's hind legs and said, 'Well, you should teach it how to operate! Every day, it's using its horns to rub against the cow's udder, the cow can't take it, and the bull is exhausted. Do you think this is cupping therapy?' My uncle's face turned red after hearing the vet's words, realizing that the bull he bought didn't know how to do its job. My uncle had to spend more money to hire an experienced old farmer to teach the bull how to breed. The old farmer looked at the bull and said, 'This bull is purebred, but it looks like it doesn't understand the situation.' The old farmer spent a week teaching the bull how to breed, and finally, the cow got pregnant, and the milk production increased. My uncle was overjoyed and thanked the old farmer for his help. From then on, my uncle's dairy farm became prosperous.

The 22 Laws of Attraction in "The Vortex": Practical Exercises to Raise Your Vibrational Frequency

The 22 laws of attraction mentioned in "The Vortex" are actually 22 practical exercises to raise your vibrational frequency based on different emotional states. These exercises can help us better understand ourselves and life, and attract more good things into our lives. Let's take a look at the first law: the law of gratitude and appreciation. This law tells us to focus on the things, people, and events that are worth being grateful for and appreciated. The more we focus on the good things in life, the more we can discover. Gratitude is not about ignoring problems, but about choosing to see the abundance we already have. In real life, we are often troubled by negative emotions such as anxiety, depression, and anger. These emotions can make us feel painful and uncomfortable, but if we can learn to be grateful and appreciate, we can start to change our mindset and life. By practicing gratitude and appreciation, we can raise our vibrational frequency and attract more good things into our lives. We can try to write down three things we are grateful for every day, or share our gratitude on social media. In addition, we can practice gratitude and appreciation in many ways, such as writing a gratitude journal, doing gratitude meditation, or participating in gratitude activities. Through these ways, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and life, and attract more good things into our lives.

Unlocking the Self-Healing Principle: The Secret to Your Body's Natural Repair

In today's fast-paced modern society, our physical and mental well-being often takes a backseat. We're always busy with work and life, rarely stopping to check in with our bodies. However, our bodies have an incredible ability to self-repair, a principle that's definitely worth paying attention to. When we believe in our body's capacity for self-repair, we're more likely to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Maintaining a positive and joyful mindset can aid in our physical recovery. This isn't to say we should ignore scientific treatments and professional advice, but rather that we can support our body's self-repair through our own efforts. So, how do we tap into this self-healing principle? First, we need to change our lifestyle. A healthy diet, regular exercise, and sufficient rest are the foundation. Next, we need to maintain a positive and joyful mindset. This can be achieved through meditation, yoga, or other relaxation techniques. Any illness should be treated with scientific methods and professional advice. This is crucial. We can't rely solely on the self-healing principle to cure diseases, but rather use it as a complementary tool. By combining scientific treatment with the self-healing principle, we can recover our health more effectively.

Step by Step Ascension: The Inspiration of Emotional Upgrade

We often imagine growth as a process of jumping directly from pain to happiness, but in reality, true growth is a step-by-step ascension. The law of emotional upgrade tells us that accepting our current emotions and trying to make ourselves a little better every day is the key to achieving true growth. When we learn to accept our emotions instead of trying to suppress or escape them, we embark on a journey of true growth. Being a little better every day doesn't mean making huge progress every day, but rather making small improvements every day. This continuous improvement will fundamentally change our lives and emotional state. Imagine if we could make ourselves feel a little better every day, not by avoiding problems, but by facing and solving them. Our lives would become more fulfilling, our relationships more harmonious, and our emotions more stable. Continuous improvement of our emotional state will also change our lives. Of course, this requires us to have enough courage and patience. We need to bravely face our emotions and patiently improve our state. But if we can persist, growth and happiness will follow as expected. The above is for reference only, hoping to inspire you.

The Art of Letting Go: Learning to Trust that Things Will Work Out

When faced with problems that seem insurmountable, we often feel helpless and anxious. At times like these, we need to remind ourselves that we don't have to tackle everything on our own. By acknowledging our limitations and trusting that things will work out, we can find a way forward. This is the core idea behind the concept of 'going with the flow' and letting go of our attachment to specific outcomes. In life, we often encounter various challenges that test our abilities. While we can solve some problems through our own efforts and ingenuity, others may be beyond our control, no matter how hard we try. In such cases, we need to learn to let go of our attachment to finding a solution and trust that things will work out on their own. The concept of 'going with the flow' teaches us that knowing when to let go is a sign of wisdom. We need to trust that things will find their own way, without our constant intervention and control. By learning to relax and trust in the natural order of things, we can find true peace and freedom. In practice, 'going with the flow' requires a certain level of self-awareness and wisdom. We need to recognize our limitations, trust in our abilities, and let go of our attachment to specific outcomes. Only then can we find balance and harmony in life.

Sensual Nights: The Subtle Allure of Soul

On Soul, the tone of conversations changes with the moonlight at night. I'd like to share a perspective on "sensual nights": scientists say that at night, our senses become more acute, and the stimulation from touch and sight can be several times stronger than during the day. Have you ever felt this way on Soul at night, like you're more willing to discuss things you normally wouldn't dare to mention, and the thoughts have been echoing in your mind all along? This exploration of sensual nights is a advanced technique often used by high-level players on Soul. It's not vulgar, but extremely alluring. Because at night, people's senses become more sensitive, and even slight touches can bring intense stimulation. If you want to communicate better with others on Soul, understanding the secrets of sensual nights is crucial. At night, people's defenses are lowered, and they're more willing to open up and share their feelings and desires. So, when you meet someone interesting on Soul, try steering the conversation towards the topic of sensual nights. My Long-Term Relationship Wish as a 2009 Guangdong Girl

As a 2009 Guangdong girl, I've recently started feeling the urge to find a long-term partner and experience the joys of romantic love. Maybe it's due to my growing age or the fact that I've seen too many failed relationships, but I've come to realize that stability and longevity are what truly matter. I know some people might think I'm being too forward or too eager. However, I genuinely believe that finding a long-term partner is crucial. Some might view my straightforwardness as a flaw, but I think it's just a part of who I am. Of course, I'm also aware that some individuals might have ulterior motives or try to take advantage of others. I sincerely hope that everyone can be mindful of their actions and not let negativity cast a shadow over our lives. We should cherish every genuine relationship and avoid hurting others. So, if you're also looking for a long-term partner, don't be afraid to express your desires. We can share our thoughts and feelings, and who knows, we might just find our true love.

Messi: From Soccer King to Argentina's Spiritual Totem

In Argentina, Messi is no longer just the king of soccer, but a 'god.' Especially after winning the World Cup in Qatar, he has become a spiritual totem and national belief for the Argentine people. In Argentina, you can argue with the president, but if you insult Messi, many people will take it personally. You're not just insulting a soccer player, you're insulting their hero. Messi's influence extends far beyond the sports world; he has become a symbol of Argentine culture. When his name is mentioned, people think of glory, dreams, and passion. Messi's success on the field is the foundation of his fame, but his impact on the Argentine people goes far beyond the stadium. He is their pride, their hero. Messi's story tells us that one person can have an impact that transcends their profession and field, becoming a symbol of a nation and its culture.

Young People, Don't Worry About Not Finding a Job

I've been seeing a lot of people complaining about not being able to find a job, and it's really got me worried. I remember when I first graduated, I was full of questions, wondering what I'd do with my life and whether I'd ever find a job. But looking back, I realize how silly I was. Your life can't be that easy, and the universe won't let that happen. You can't just think about finding a job and expect it to magically appear. You need to put in the effort and strive for what you want. I remember when I was job hunting, I interviewed with so many companies before finally finding a job I was happy with. Thinking back, that period was really tough. But if I hadn't persisted, I might be a different person today. So, young people, don't worry about not finding a job. Believe in yourself and your abilities. Work hard and strive for what you want. The universe won't shortchange you; you'll find a job that's meant for you.

Sassy Selection in the Store

Every time I go to the store, I yell out to the girls, 'Who's the sassiest?' and I pick the one who raises her hand. This way, we skip the formalities and get straight to the point. From start to finish, it's a liberating experience, and it's incredibly efficient. I know this approach might make some people feel awkward or uncomfortable, but for me, it's the most direct and effective way. I don't like beating around the bush or wasting time on pointless pleasantries. I prefer to get straight to the point and speak from the heart. Of course, this approach also means I encounter some girls who aren't willing to play along, but so what? I'm not here to waste time; I'm here to have fun. So, if you're an open-minded, confident, and sassy girl, then I'm your best bet. Let's let loose and enjoy life's pleasures together! 😁😁😁

The Cost of Borrowing: A Ticket to Seeing Human Nature

I recently experienced something that left me both amused and annoyed. My childhood friend asked me for a loan of 5,000 yuan, claiming it was an emergency and promising to pay me back as soon as he received his salary. I trusted him and transferred the money, but three months have passed and he hasn't paid me back. Instead, he's been flaunting his luxurious meals and travels on social media, as if he's forgotten about the debt altogether. I couldn't help but remind him about the loan, but he turned the tables on me, saying I was being too stingy and that 5,000 yuan was a small amount. I was taken aback by his response. When he borrowed the money, he was sincere and promised to pay me back, but now he's acting like a completely different person. This situation has made me reflect on whether lending money is a test of true friendship or just a way to see people's true nature. As adults, our bottom line should be not to lend money to each other. It's the best way to protect and respect our friendships. We often say that money comes and goes easily, but in reality, it's a litmus test for relationships. When you decide to lend money, think twice, because you might be buying a ticket to see people's true nature.

A Chance Encounter and a Role-Playing Reunion

Ah... I guess this is what they mean by 'a chance encounter'... haha. I never thought we'd run into each other again, especially not after our conversation the other night. "It's really a small world," the man said with a smile, leaning against me with his camera. "Remember what I said? 'Only people who share the same interests...'" He was referring to our previous conversation, and I couldn't help but smile. It's true, we do share a common interest - and I suppose that's what brought us together. "Hey, teacher, can we recreate that famous scene by the fountain? You know, the one where..." My heart skipped a beat as he made his request. Just the other night, we were flirting shamelessly, and now he's asking me to do a role-playing scene with him? But I'm a professional coser, after all. My body seemed to move into position on its own. Maybe it's just habit, or maybe it's the way he looked at me with those piercing eyes... but I found myself getting into character.
