A College Girl's Love Diary: Should We Take Love Seriously or Go with the Flow?
College romance is always accompanied by the confusion and sweetness of youth. As a former college girl who experienced a memorable love journey, I still remember every moment of it deeply, even though we didn't end up together. Recently, I saw an interview about college romance, and it suddenly brought back all the memories.
Back then, we were all so young and innocent. We didn't know how to navigate a relationship, but we were all serious about our feelings. As time passed, we began to mature and think about the meaning and purpose of love. We started asking ourselves, should we take college romance seriously, or just go with the flow?
The interview mentioned why people with strong control desires often fall for those with a strong sense of mystery. I've thought about this a lot too. Is it because we all want to find someone to rely on for life? Is it because we all hope our partner can give us a sense of security and dependence? These questions, in my opinion, are essential parts of college romance.
Another question that made me think of my own experience is whether giving money after a breakup is a sign of guilt, courtesy, or maintaining a good image. When I broke up with my ex, he suddenly transferred some money to me, and I was puzzled. Later, I understood that he did it to alleviate his own guilt. Is this behavior genuine or hypocritical?
Finally, I want to say that college romance, although it may not last, provides us with valuable growth and experiences. So, whether we take love seriously or go with the flow, we should cherish every relationship and learn from it.
