Stop Struggling, Your Body is the Most Important
Brothers, today I saw a news report about a 43-year-old lawyer who died suddenly in his office due to overwork. At that moment, I thought, brothers, you should enjoy life, rest when you need to, and stop struggling. Your body is the most important thing.
We all know that the job market is highly competitive, but if you neglect your physical health for the sake of promotion and a higher salary, it's just not worth it. Don't say things like 'I'll be clear of troubles after I'm dead' or 'I'll enjoy life after I've made it big,' because if you're dead, you won't have anything.
I remember a joke I saw before that said 'struggling is for living, not for dying.' Now it seems that this phrase is really reasonable. We struggle to live a better life, to enjoy life's beauty, not to be a workaholic and end up dead.
So, brothers, stop struggling, take care of your body. Eat and drink when you need to, rest when you need to, and don't neglect your physical health. Health is happiness, and your body is your capital. Without a healthy body, you have nothing.
