The Unforgettable Charm of the Republic Era
I feel like I must have lived through the Republic era in a past life. After participating in a Republic-era themed film last year, I was completely captivated by that era. The scenes, costumes, and human touch, as well as the colleagues I worked with, still evoke strong feelings in me to this day.
Even though the filming has wrapped up and everyone has gone their separate ways, the memories of that time continue to linger, making me nostalgic. Every time I watch an old movie or visit a store with a Republic-era style, I feel like I'm experiencing a different world, as if I had actually lived in that era.
I think it's because the atmosphere of the Republic era is so enchanting. From clothing to furniture, from music to film, every detail exudes a unique charm. The elegance and charm of that era seem to be lost in modern society.
Perhaps it's because I participated in a Republic-era drama, so I have a deeper understanding and affection for that era. However, that experience has indeed changed my outlook on life. It taught me to cherish every moment and the company of every person.
Now, every time I see something with a Republic-era style, I involuntarily recall that wonderful time. Although the filming has ended, the memories remain vivid. Maybe this is what's meant by 'Republic-era nostalgia'.
