Yesterday, my husband and I went out for dinner, and I made a point to wear my favorite dress, hoping to leave a good impression on him. But little did I know, as soon as we walked into the restaurant, I saw his ex-girlfriend sitting in the corner, giving me a meaningful glance. My husband seemed to have noticed it too, and he looked a bit awkward for a moment, but quickly regained his composure. Throughout dinner, I could sense him secretly observing the interaction between me and his ex, as if comparing our styles and outfits. When we got home, my husband suddenly said I lost! I asked him why, and he said it was because my dress wasn't attractive enough and couldn't compare to his ex's. I felt a bit dissatisfied and disappointed, but I decided not to dwell on it, after all, everyone has their own taste. However, my husband's comment sparked my competitive spirit, and I decided to wear a cheongsam next time we go out for dinner, to give him a surprise. Who says cheongsam can't be fashionable? I want to prove that I can look beautiful and attractive in a cheongsam too!
