The Shadow of Familial Harm: A 25-Year-Old Tianjin Woman's Heart-Wrenching Story
I recently came across a heart-wrenching story about a 25-year-old woman from Tianjin, whose parents had been cheating on each other since she was a child and often subjected her to spiritual control and domestic violence. Despite their claims of love, their actions made her feel neglected and hurt.
The woman told me that she had been troubled by her parents' constant arguing and physical fights since childhood, and at one point, she even believed that she was the reason for their potential divorce. This thought had taken deep root in her heart, making her feel guilty and helpless. As she grew older, she began to realize the truth – her parents' behavior had not only hurt her but also themselves.
After hearing her story, I felt a mix of emotions. Many parents choose to divorce or reorganize their families for various reasons, but it's appalling to see parents who claim to love their children yet inflict domestic violence and neglect their needs. As an outsider, I couldn't understand why someone would treat their child this way and why they couldn't provide a safe and warm environment for their child to grow.
This story made me think about the impact of familial harm on a person. It can make them lose their sense of security, trust, and even their sense of self. It can make them cautious and timid in their future relationships, struggling to establish healthy connections.
