From a Corporate Perspective: Capability is Key
From a company's point of view, we often don't care whether you're the real deal or not. As long as you can convince us that you're capable and can get the job done, that's all that matters. At first glance, this mindset might seem a bit strange, but upon closer inspection, it's actually the underlying logic of many companies.
In the workplace, what we value most is capability. If you have genuine skills and can help the company solve real problems and complete projects, then whether you're 'real' or not becomes less important. In the eyes of the company, results and efficiency are what truly matter.
Of course, this mindset also reflects the idea of mutual benefit. Companies need people to complete tasks and achieve goals, while you need a platform to showcase your capabilities, gain experience, and receive rewards. As long as both parties can benefit from the collaboration, the question of 'real' or 'fake' becomes less important.
However, if you can't prove your capabilities and bring value to the company, then even if you're the real deal, you might still be discarded. In the business world, efficiency and results are the ultimate standards by which you're judged.
So, whether you're 'real' or 'fake', if you can convince the company that you're capable and can bring value, you'll have the opportunity to succeed. Otherwise, even if you try your best, you might still be eliminated.
