Finding Stability at Thirty: Where Does Confidence Come From?
We often hear this phrase: at twenty, it's about potential; at thirty, it's about ability; and at forty, it's about confidence. Although this saying is simple, it highlights the different focuses of various life stages. So, where does confidence really come from?
In many people's minds, confidence is often linked to economic power, thinking that having money is the key to confidence. While economic power is indeed an important aspect, it's not the only source. Confidence comes more from the combined support of health, family, and economic power.
Health is the foundation; without a healthy body, it's hard to have confidence. Therefore, we need to focus on exercising and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Family is the backbone; a happy and harmonious family can provide us with great support and encouragement. Economic power is the guarantee; with a certain economic foundation, we can better plan our lives and careers.
So, confidence isn't just about the numbers in our bank account; it's a comprehensive reflection of our health, family, and economic power. Only when we're well-prepared in these three areas can we truly have confidence.
