Ordinary people earning 100,000 a year? Don't even dream about it!
Let's get real! Can ordinary people really earn 100,000 a year? In fact, half of the population will never earn a monthly salary of 6,000. I love a quote from Peak Brother's 'Exile': some people say that a 200,000-300,000 car is nothing, and others say that a 500,000-600,000 car is easily affordable, but the truth is that most people can't even afford a car.
My friend has been running a mold factory in Dongguan for 18 years, and he showed me the company's payroll for 2025. The top technical worker, who works 11 hours a day and only takes 2 days off a month, earns a pre-tax income of 92,000 a year, including all overtime pay. Not even the 'king of workers' in the factory can earn 100,000. And this is a skilled worker.
For an ordinary person to earn 100,000, their monthly salary would need to be at least 8,333. That's over 10,000 before taxes. This is a harsh reality. Many people think that they can achieve their dreams through hard work, but reality is cruel.
I want to ask you all, do you really think ordinary people can earn 100,000 a year? Or is this just a beautiful dream? Or do you have your own secrets to achieving this goal? Please leave a comment and share your thoughts.
