So What If We Don't Show Our Faces? A True Reflection of the Dating Scene
I'm often asked about various aspects of the dating scene, but today, I want to talk about a topic that's often overlooked: daters who don't show their faces.
You might wonder, why do some people choose not to reveal their identities? Is it because they're afraid of being recognized? Or is it because they don't want to be bothered?
In reality, many people choose not to show their faces because they don't want to be labeled. They might already be in a stable relationship, or they might just not want to be bothered with the pressures of social media.
I've had my own experiences with this. Sometimes, I receive dating profiles from people who ask me not to reveal their identities. I respect their privacy and wouldn't dream of exposing them to others.
But this raises a question: if we can't see each other's true faces, how can we build a genuine connection? How can we be sure that the love we find is real, and not just fake?
Perhaps this is a flaw in the dating scene. But at the same time, it's also an opportunity. Because in this faceless environment, we can delve deeper into each other's inner worlds, rather than being blinded by appearances.
So, what's the big deal about not showing our faces? To me, it's a choice β a way to get to know each other more authentically.
