The Cost of Picking Up Girls: The Higher the Status, the Less You Spend?
I recently came across Jiang's perspective, and it was truly eye-opening. He said that it's not that A10 assets are worth A7 times more, and the amount of money spent on picking up girls is also proportional. In fact, it's often the opposite - the higher the status, the less you spend. This statement sounds counterintuitive, but upon further reflection, it makes sense.
Why is this the case? In reality, men with higher status often have stronger confidence and a stronger sense of self-worth. They don't need to spend money to get women's attention and affection. Instead, they may attract women with their talent, charm, and achievements. As a result, spending money becomes less important.
In contrast, men with lower status may feel the need to spend money to prove their worth and status. They may think that buying a house, a car, or luxury goods is the only way to attract women's attention. However, this approach often backfires. Because truly high-value men don't need to prove themselves with material possessions.
So, if a girl asks you to buy a house, a car, or luxury goods, it means you're a loser. Because she's only interested in your money, not you as a person. On the other hand, if a girl sends you red envelopes, it means you have a certain status. Because she's interested in your talent and charm, not your bank account.
