22 Small Habits to Improve Your Quality of Life
Recently, I've been thinking about how to improve my quality of life. So, I started trying some small habits that I hope will make my life better. For example, I listen to the radio every morning to get the latest news, which not only keeps me informed but also helps improve my listening skills and English proficiency.
I've also started eating breakfast every day. Since breakfast is an important source of energy for the body, skipping it can lead to low energy and distraction throughout the day. So, I prepare a simple breakfast every day, such as oatmeal or toast.
Before bed, I prepare my clothes and items for the next day to avoid rushing in the morning. At the same time, I make a list of things to do the next day to help me plan my time better.
At work, I try to avoid taking work calls while lying down, as it can make me feel lazy and unprofessional. I also try to eat less takeout and prioritize food from familiar restaurants to ensure quality and safety.
Financially, I save 50% of my income every month, which allows me to have enough savings and avoid unnecessary expenses. I also try to take a walk after dinner every day without lying down or sitting, which helps me stay healthy and energetic.
These small habits may seem insignificant, but they really can help me improve my quality of life, making me healthier, more positive, and more efficient.
