My 10-Year Experience Tells You: Being Laid-Back Leads to More Success
The more you want to turn your life around, the more you should adopt a laid-back attitude! This is what my 10-year experience has taught me. Many people may think that the clearer your goals, the harder you work, the higher your chances of success. However, my experience tells me that's not the case.
I remember when I first entered the workforce, my mind was full of ideals and goals. I thought that if I worked hard enough, I could achieve my dreams. So, I worked tirelessly, stayed up late, and felt anxious, thinking that was the only way to succeed. But the result was the opposite. My mental and physical health collapsed, and I got nothing but pain.
Later, I reflected on my approach. Why did I fail to succeed despite my hard work? Why was my state always so bad? I realized that the problem lay in my attitude. My goals were too rigid, and my efforts were too forced. In that state, not only would I not succeed, but I would also ruin myself.
So, I changed my approach. I started doing things at my own pace, taking it one day at a time, making progress without forcing myself. I relaxed and began to enjoy the process. As a result, I found that my chances of success actually increased. My work efficiency improved, and my mental state got much better.
So, the more aggressive you are, the faster you'll burn out. I've experienced this firsthand. Now, I just want to tell everyone that success is not about how hard you work, but about how much you enjoy the process.
