The Wealth of the Rich Isn't Houses, Cars, or Money, but the Motivation of the Poor
Do you think the wealth of the rich consists of their luxurious houses, cars, and money? Actually, it's not. True wealth lies in the poor, who provide the driving force for social development. The rich are rich because they can utilize the hard work and ingenuity of the poor to create wealth.
The driving force behind social development is the poor's desire to become rich. The poor yearn to escape poverty and live a better life, and this desire drives them to work hard, learn, and innovate. The rich, in turn, capitalize on this desire by providing job opportunities, entrepreneurial support, and other means to make a profit.
However, what the rich fear most is the poor 'lying flat.' 'Lying flat' refers to the poor giving up and resignedly accepting their impoverished reality. If this happens, the driving force behind social development will disappear, and the rich will lose their opportunity to make money.
Therefore, the rich will always find ways to motivate the poor, encouraging them to continue striving. They will use various methods, such as promoting success stories and providing training opportunities, to inspire the poor.
Although this approach can temporarily maintain social stability, it will also exacerbate social inequality. The poor will work hard, but their income will never be able to catch up with the wealth of the rich. This widening gap between the rich and the poor will lead to social instability.
