I Just Like to Share, Why the Misunderstanding?
I'm at a loss. I just like to share things I enjoy with my friends on social media, isn't that a normal thing to do? I don't get why people always read so much into it. Sometimes I'll share a movie, book, or music I like, and that's it. But somehow, some people always manage to interpret my shares as if I'm showing off or seeking attention.
I really don't get why my shares are always misunderstood like this. Is it just because what I share isn't 'refined' or 'profound' enough? It's just typical of people assuming the worst about others. I'm just sharing my hobbies and interests, so why the misunderstanding?
I think it's because social media has become so superficial that people are used to overanalyzing others' motives and intentions. Everyone's so busy guessing what others want that they forget to actually understand what they're thinking. So, I've decided to keep sharing, without changing who I am just because of other people's misunderstandings.
I hope that through my shares, I can build real connections with others, sharing our common interests and hobbies, rather than being held back by misunderstandings and speculation.
