Why Do Women Love Makeup? Is It to Compensate for Natural Beauty Deficiencies?
I've recently noticed an interesting phenomenon - males seem to be generally better-looking than females. This isn't just my opinion, but a sentiment shared by many. Take lions, for example. Male lions are clearly more majestic and charismatic than their female counterparts. The same goes for roosters and hens - the males have more vibrant plumage and a more impressive demeanor.
So, why do women love makeup? I think it's likely because they feel that their natural beauty isn't enough, and they need to compensate with makeup. Just like some people feel that their nose isn't big enough and need surgery, women might feel that their face isn't beautiful enough and need to enhance it with makeup.
However, this perspective may spark controversy. Some might argue that women wear makeup for self-expression and to boost their confidence, rather than to compensate for any flaws. Perhaps that's true, but I still think that many women, subconsciously, feel that they're not beautiful or attractive enough, which is why they spend so much time and effort on makeup.
Of course, there may not be a definitive answer to this question. Everyone's thoughts and feelings are different. Nevertheless, through observation and reflection, I believe that this topic is worth exploring in-depth.
