I'm a 21-year-old girl from Jinhua, Zhejiang. I used to do a very demanding job that exhausted my body. Now, I can no longer withstand particularly labor-intensive work. Looking back, that period was really tough. I almost devoted all my time and energy to work, resulting in not only physical damage but also the loss of a lot of joy and personal time. The sales job also got me deeply trapped, with great pressure, easily leading to anxiety and unhappiness, which affected my physical health. After my parents' divorce, I had no one to rely on or confide in, making me feel lonely and helpless. Recently, some younger friends reached out to me, asking for advice on career choices and life. My response is, never believe those so-called ' uniform payment next month' lies. These are just excuses others use to deceive people. Real life requires our own efforts and struggles. I hope my experience can inspire everyone to choose a career that suits themselves, cherish their bodies and time, and communicate more with friends and family to face life's challenges together.
