Why Are There More and More Older Single Women?
In recent years, it seems that the number of older single women is increasing. Why is this the case? Is it because women are becoming more independent and less interested in getting married? Actually, it's not that simple. Many older single women aren't opposed to marriage; they just don't feel like they're at an age where they should be married.
I have a colleague born in 1988 who always refers to herself as a 'girl.' She often uses a youthful tone and dresses in a way that makes her seem like she's still in her teenage years. However, everything changed when she hit on a young male colleague who had just graduated and started working. The young man told her that his ex-girlfriend's mother was also born in the 80s. It was only then that she realized she wasn't young anymore.
After that, she began reevaluating her life and goals. Soon, she found a man much older than herself and got married. Her transformation was swift, and it seemed like she had entered a new stage of life overnight. This isn't an isolated case; many older single women have experienced similar transformations.
So, why are there more and more older single women? Perhaps it's because they don't want to face their age, or maybe they haven't found a suitable partner yet. Whatever the reason, this issue is worth exploring in-depth.
