From 3 minutes to 30 minutes: How men can last longer through exercise
Have you ever felt embarrassed and frustrated due to premature ejaculation? Do you want to be a man who can satisfy your girlfriend? If so, this article is for you. With the following training plan and techniques, you'll be able to transform from a "three-minute man" to a "long-lasting god" who can last 30 minutes or even longer.
First, we need to understand the essence of long-lasting performance. Long-lasting is not just a physical issue, but also a psychological and physiological one. Through exercise and training, we can improve our pelvic floor muscles, core, prostate control, and overall endurance, achieving our goal of long-lasting performance.
Our training plan is divided into three stages: the foundation stage, the advanced stage, and the god-level stage. Each stage has specific training methods and techniques, which will help us gradually improve our long-lasting abilities.
Weeks 1-4: Foundation Stage (Establishing Muscle Awareness)
Kegel Exercise (PC Muscle Core)
Find your PC muscle: the muscle that can stop the flow of urine when you're peeing
Three sets a day:
Quick contraction-relaxation x 30 times (1-second contraction, 1-second relaxation)
Long contraction: contract for 10 seconds β relax for 5 seconds, repeat 15 times
Advanced: contract while walking, no one will notice, practice anytime and anywhere
Reverse Kegel (Super Important! Key to Preventing Premature Ejaculation)
Contract your muscles like you're pushing down to poop (similar to the feeling of speeding up urination)
Three sets a day, 10 seconds per set, repeat 15 times
Effect: reduces pelvic floor tension, allowing you to "hold it in" during ejaculation
Weeks 5-8: Advanced Stage (Controlling Ejaculation Reflex)
Advanced Kegel
Super-long contraction: contract PC muscle for 30-60 seconds, repeat 10 times
Wave-like contraction: contract from back to front (anus β urethra β base of the penis), then relax, repeat 100 times a day
Masturbation Training Method (Most Effective! 3 times a week)
Start masturbating after getting hard, but don't ejaculate!
Method:
β Masturbate until you're about to ejaculate (9/10 excitement) β stop immediately + deep breathing + reverse Kegel for 10 seconds
β‘ When the ejaculation reflex disappears, continue masturbating
β’ Repeat the "9/10 stop" at least 8-10 times, and only ejaculate on the last attempt
Squats + Glute Bridges
Squats: 3 sets x 15 reps (train explosive power)
Glute bridges: 3 sets, hold for 30 seconds each (simulate hip movement during intercourse)
Weeks 9-12: God-Level Stage (Unbeatable in Real-Life Situations)
Death Training Method (2 times a week)
Wear a condom, apply lubricant, reduce stimulation
Masturbate wildly until 9.5/10 β stop + squeeze the base of the penis (squeeze method) + reverse Kegel
Repeat 10-15 times, then ejaculate
Real-Life Intercourse Training (Most Important!)
Use the "three slow, seven fast" method with your girlfriend:
For every 10 thrusts, 7 must be extremely slow and deep, and 3 can be fast
When you're about to ejaculate:
β Stop moving immediately and hold still
β‘ Reverse Kegel + deep breathing
β’ Let your girlfriend squeeze you (it'll actually help you control yourself)
β£ When the reflex disappears, slowly start again
Aerobic Running/Jumping Rope
3 times a week, 30 minutes or more per session
Improve overall endurance, prevent exhaustion after 20 minutes
With the above training plan and techniques, you'll be able to transform from a "three-minute man" to a "long-lasting god" who can last 30 minutes or even longer. Remember, long-lasting is not just a physical issue, but also a psychological and physiological one.
Stick to the 12-week plan, and 99% of men will be able to go from "three minutes" to "girlfriend-pleasing" level.
The real deal isn't about having sex seven times in one night, but about being able to "make her cry and say 'I really can't take it anymore'" with just one session.
Save this and start practicing! Three months later, you'll thank yourself for opening this article today.
