But is this really all there is to this city? We decided to uncover the truth about Medellín through street photography and video. On our first day in Medellín, we were struck by the city's energy and passion. The music, dance, and food on the streets made us feel like we were part of a never-ending party. We interviewed locals at random, learning about their lives, dreams, and fears. They told us that Medellín is a city full of hope and vitality, one that's working hard to overcome its dark past. We explored every corner of Medellín, capturing the city's complexity and multifaceted nature. We witnessed some shocking scenes: shootouts, drug deals, and gang violence. But we also saw heartwarming moments: family reunions, friends gathering, and love blossoming. In Medellín, we saw the complexity of humanity and the many faces of the city.
