Met a Girl on Little Red Book: How to Effectively Use "Seeking Help" Posts
Those who have used Little Red Book know that it has a location-based feature. I often travel for work, and when I open the app, I can browse posts from local users. I met this girl after the New Year's holiday through Little Red Book. She's about 165 cm tall, and her looks and figure are just my type. I saw her post saying that she was in college, her computer was broken, and she didn't have enough living expenses. When I saw this post, I was quite confident - this type of "seeking help" post is often a window of opportunity. In fact, she was releasing a "can be approached" signal.
I didn't rush to send her a private message. Instead, I left a comment in the comment section: "Girl, a broken computer must be affecting your studies. Why don't I take a look? If it's broken, I can compensate you." After commenting, I swiped the post away, not expecting her to private message me quickly, add me on WeChat, and agree to meet up. We spent two days together, and of course, the process involved leaving a trail, just like work, to avoid trouble.
Later, after sending her back to school, I contacted her again, saying that I liked her and wanted to date her, but she wasn't willing. Although the result wasn't what I expected, I learned a lot from the process. First, using "seeking help" posts can effectively attract girls' attention, especially on social media. Second, comments should be natural and friendly, avoiding direct confessions or requests for contact information. Finally, be patient and polite, respecting the other person's decision and feelings.
