A Slip-Up After Circumcision
I'm feeling a bit visually fatigued, with a screen full of white things, and I just got circumcised, but I accidentally got an erection, ouch. This got me thinking about friends who neglect their physical health for the sake of completing tasks.

I think everyone has their own way of dealing with work stress and physical health. Some people might use exercise to relieve stress, while others might use meditation to relax their minds. As for me, I just got circumcised and accidentally got an erection, ouch, I think I need to rest for a bit.
We all know that health is the most important thing, but sometimes we neglect it. How can we remind ourselves to pay attention to our physical health? I think we can set health goals, such as exercising for 30 minutes every day or doing a health check once a week.
