Three Things to Understand to Stop Feeling Anxious
Have you ever felt overwhelmed by work pressure and emotional turmoil, leaving you feeling anxious and lost? In reality, once you understand the following three things, you won't be bothered by these problems anymore.
Firstly, have you ever thought about how you dislike a job that supports you, yet you love someone who has never supported you? Isn't that ironic? We often complain about the hardships and boredom of our jobs, yet we yearn for the care and companionship of our loved ones. But have you ever considered that your job at least provides you with basic financial security, while your loved one can offer you what? If you truly love someone, wouldn't you be willing to make some sacrifices and put in effort for them?
Secondly, would you fall in love with someone twice? If you encounter the same tree in the forest again, it means you're lost. In life, we often meet people who seem familiar, but in reality, we might just be imagining the familiarity. We might fall in love with someone, but if that love is built on the wrong foundation, it may not last. Therefore, we need to reflect on our emotions and actions, ensuring that we truly love someone, rather than just feeling familiar or comfortable.
Thirdly, you appear in any situation because you're qualified, so what are you afraid of? We often feel tense and anxious because we think we're not good enough or excellent enough. However, if we reflect on our abilities and achievements, we'll discover that we're actually qualified. We just need to believe in ourselves, bravely face challenges, and not let fear and self-doubt occupy our minds.
