Lately, I've found myself afraid to scroll through Douyin at night. It's not because I don't have time, but because I feel like the content is just too racy. Honestly, it's even more explicit than X. It's not just borderline anymore; every night, I feel like I'm watching something I shouldn't be. I remember when I used to scroll through Douyin, I'd always come across some interesting short videos that were really entertaining. But now, the content on Douyin seems to have changed completely. Every day, there are new 'racy' videos popping up on my recommended page, and I have no idea how they're getting past the censors. I'm not a conservative person, and I believe art and self-expression are really important. But when I see some of the content on Douyin, I genuinely feel uncomfortable. Especially when I'm scrolling through it alone at night, it feels especially inappropriate. I don't know what Douyin's review process is like, but I really hope they can strengthen their auditing and reduce the amount of racy content. Or at the very least, provide a 'not suitable for nighttime viewing' tag, so users can decide for themselves whether or not to watch it. In short, I'm afraid to scroll through Douyin at night.
