Can ofo's 'itch' alleviate the 'pain' of deposits?
ofo's latest move is a real rollercoaster ride. After five years of silence, they suddenly launch a skin disease aid campaign? Are they trying to shift our attention from the 'pain' of deposits to a mere 'itch'?
I, along with many netizens, are left wondering: where did my 199 yuan deposit go? The wait is probably longer than queuing for ICU. Who can forget the days when ofo was all the rage in China, with their bikes seemingly everywhere? Fast forward to today, and it's as if ofo has vanished from our sight.
But recently, ofo launched a skin disease aid campaign, which, although seemingly a contribution to society, has raised eyebrows. Many are questioning whether this is just a ploy to divert attention from the deposit issue.
Indeed, ofo had promised to refund users' deposits at some point, but five years on, there's been no update. People are starting to suspect that ofo is using the skin disease aid campaign as a smokescreen.
I, along with many netizens, want to know: where did my 199 yuan deposit go? Has ofo spent it already? Do I need to wait even longer than those queuing for ICU to get my money back?
