I recently read a math popular science book that blew my mind - 'Under the Umbrella of Mathematics'. The author is simply amazing! He can explain those complex and profound mathematical theories in simple and easy-to-understand language, which requires extremely high theoretical level and expressive ability! The author's use of small stories and analogies makes readers feel as if they are reading a novel, rather than learning dry mathematical knowledge. This approach makes reading a pleasure, and it doesn't feel like reading a science book at all! I think the greatest advantage of 'Under the Umbrella of Mathematics' is its reading experience! Readers in the comment section all say that this book has given them a new understanding and appreciation of mathematics. Serious science books can't compare to this effect!
