Men, Don't Expect Others' Validation
Especially for men, before achieving significant results, don't expect others to have a deep-seated admiration and appreciation for you. This statement may sound harsh, but it's a harsh reality. Many men crave validation and praise from others, especially from the opposite sex. They hope to earn respect and admiration through their efforts and achievements.
However, the fact is, your efforts and achievements may not necessarily receive validation and praise from others. Sometimes, people may withhold recognition due to jealousy or other reasons. Even if you've done your best, some people will still find fault and criticize you. This is a weakness of human nature and a harsh social reality.
So, how should men face this situation? First, they must have confidence. Believe in themselves, their abilities, and their worth. Don't be too concerned about others' opinions and evaluations. Second, they must have a clear goal and direction. Set a clear target and work towards achieving it, without being swayed by others' opinions and evaluations. Lastly, they must have patience and perseverance. Success and achievement are not overnight accomplishments; they require long-term effort and persistence.
Only then can men truly attain inner fulfillment and a sense of achievement. Don't expect others' validation and praise; focus on doing your own thing, and that's what matters most.
