I started using Codex yesterday, a tool that claims to make work twice as efficient. However, I've done nothing but feel unproductive since then. I've already used up this month's quota, and I'm starting to wonder if I'm too reliant on AI. Of course, I don't have a GPT membership. If I had that $20/month membership, would I be able to use it more? I used to use CC, and I never ran out of quota. Now, I'm starting to miss my CC – the feeling of unlimited usage is really something to reminisce about. I started thinking, why am I so dependent on AI tools? Is it because they help me save time, or is it because I lack creativity? I feel a bit down, wondering if I really need to rely on AI to get work done. I've decided that for the next little while, I'll try not using AI tools and complete tasks on my own. Although it might be tough, I need to prove to myself that I can do it.
