Learning to Subtract, Focusing on Self-Care
In this chaotic world, we're often surrounded by various information and relationships. We try to gain recognition and fulfillment through social interactions, but sometimes, we need to pause and think about what kind of relationships and communication we truly need.
Remember, it's not about saying less, it's about not saying a word. Sometimes, silence is golden. Don't respond, don't explain, don't justify, and don't defend. The more you explain, the more ambiguous it becomes, and the more you justify, the more innocent you seem.
99% of the people in this world have no impact on your destiny. You don't need to spend your time, energy, and emotions on other people's lives. Everyone has their own life and problems; you don't need to solve theirs or change their minds.
The most important ability in life isn't socializing, but subtraction. Subtract unnecessary relationships, meaningless communication, and unnecessary emotional fluctuations. Your energy is meant to care for yourself, not feed others. Learning to subtract is the key to true freedom and independence.
Subtraction doesn't mean you're anti-social; it means you know how to cherish yourself and protect your time and energy. Learning to subtract allows you to truly live for yourself.
