Recently, I discovered that the number of group applicants has almost reached 1000, but surprisingly, almost no one meets my threshold requirements. As the group owner, I had to ask myself, is my application description not detailed enough? Or are people just applying randomly? However, when I see friends in the group learning from and growing with each other, and see them gradually growing through my Q&A sessions, I still feel quite comforted. After all, seeing everyone grow and no longer having rookie questions makes me feel very comforted. I think everyone has their own growth process, and we can't expect everyone to be perfect from the start. What's important is that we're willing to learn, willing to grow, and help each other in the process. So, even if the number of group applicants increases, as long as everyone applies according to the threshold requirements, I'll be satisfied.
